This hotel is a wonderful gem hidden near the Theater District and Times Square. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are done up beautifully. And given the location, the rates are very reasonable. And within a 5 minute walk you can be in the heart of the Theater District or Restaurant Row. I would definitely recommend this to... More

The hotel was average. Nothing special about it. The rooms where quite small and in average condition. The reception area is small but the staff is friendly. There was no breakfast included and the hotel lack a restaurant.

I got the petite room for one. Everything I needed at a great price. The very personable and efficient staff made my stay during the blizzard enjoyable. They called me by my name and their smiles were warm and genuine. I have never been in a more comfortable hotel.

Upgraded our room upon arrival for no additional cost. Good location (not right in time square but away from the craziness and certainly walking distance.) Everyone was extremely friendly. Clean. Will go there again in the future!

This is the slow season, but the weather has been Spring-like for awhile now, so I took advantage of a non-refundable price for a petite single room for $79 w/o tax. Plus: Great location on a quiet side street, with a vast assortment of 9th Ave restaurants on one side, and the gravitational pull of Times Square on the other.... More

The room wasn't big and would have liked a desk - but I slept well and really - I wasn't in New York to hang in my room. I would have likes a little desk and chair - had some work to do. All in all it was pretty good - and its the second time I stayed there.

We have stayed here for a week in January for a number of years now. The hotel staff is always pleasant. The rooms a clean. The beds are comfortable. The location works well. There are several good restaurants right across the street. It is right on the edge of the theater district, and an easy walk to Rockefeller center. The... More

The room was very tiny. There is no way to control the heat. There is no where in the hotel to get coffee or water. The shower would only stay hot for one of us to shower. The hallways to our room smelled of weed. It was hard to use the bathroom because you have to slide under the sink... More

This was easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the city. I only booked the room two days before I stayed, as a blizzard was coming and was happy to get anything at that point. I booked a twin bed, as I was only planning on staying one night and wouldn't be spending much time in... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
