Although the rooms are nicely appointed, they are NYC-tiny, tiny, tiny. Attentive and helpful staff make the hotel feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet, however, is overpriced and mediocre, at best. For a good meal at reasonable price, walk one block to the Ritz Diner. Don't miss their blueberry pancakes. More

Booked one night here at the very last minute to be on time for an early morning appointment at a nearby hospital the next day. Service was ok, rooms were large for Mannhattan standards. Decor was modern so by definition is dated already. Bed was large and in separate room from the rest of suite. Room was located on 2nd floor so traffic was quite loud due to proximity. Rooftop Lounge is large with a great view. Service was lackluster. More
