On the Ave location was good, one block away from metro station and 10 min walk from Central Park. We stayed here four nights. I wouldn't classify room as superior as like Hilton/Trump, but very good especially if you can spot 150-200$/n bargain offer. I love this hotel, after two stays, it's become my go-to Manhattan spot. It's clean, modern, with great service in a killer location.
