This is a hotel with a great location, situated a stones throw from Times Square! However, if you want a good quality hotel with excellent customer service and well appointed rooms - stay at a different hotel

We were supposed to stay 3 nights and will be leaving after one. It's incredibly loud and temp in room is only controllable with open window which doesn't help.
