I stayed at the Waldorf twice already with my family, and I am never disappointed with their service. The beds and pillows are heavenly--it's so comfortable that at times I just want to stay in the room the whole day. The Sunday Brunch is spectacular! You should go on a diet just to be able to eat everything they have... More

The lobby of this hotel was amazing, however very definitely misleading. Our room was dated, not entirely clean and simply too small. I suppose the 3 or 400,000,000 that was put into this establishment was spent on the lobby and restaurants/bars and the 9,000.$ plus suites. I would not return. There are other hotels in the area that are less... More

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Its was really luxurious. Its perfect in location to everything we wanted to see, shop and do! We had a beautiful suite. Room service was friendly and very nice. We ordered breakfast each morning and its was delicious. The beds are like heavenly clouds. The view was perfect. Concierge got us... More

We booked the Waldorf for a total of 8 nights in early May 2013. Upon arrival we were rather dissapointed with the room that had been allocated to us, it was a twin double room but extremely small with a matching bathroom. We went back to the reception and voiced our concerned regarding being in such a small room for... More

The Waldorf Astoria provided above and beyond excellent service during our trip to New York City. The private dining area is a fantastic venue for a business event. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for our needs - and its location right off Peacock Alley was a huge plus!

We were concerned given some of the negative reviews. But overall we had an amazing experience. If you are driving, make sure you drop off your car at the Lexington entrance - other than that slight confusion, checking in was seamless. We were given an upgrade to a one bedroom suite. We also received free breakfast vouchers as part of... More

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for six nights and it was an altogether odd experience. Some parts of this hotel are magnificent - the gold-leafed lobby, the mahogany lifts and the service from the concierges reek of luxury. But other parts are downright ordinary - the catering is best avoided, while the crowds inthe lobby during the day make... More

Stayed for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. We requested a room on a high floor and we were allocated a nice corner room on the 26th floor. The room was nicely decorated, old world charm. Very comfortable king size bed, nice bathroom and nice furniture throughout. The hotel has class and charm throughout and we found the service generally... More

We stayed for three nights here, and were warned in advance that the bathrooms were tired. That, and the fact that free wifi is only available in the lobby, are the only two things I can complain about. All staff we encountered, from check in to housekeeping, were unfailingly helpful and welcoming. It was my first time in NYC and... More

Overall this was an amazing experience at a historical hotel. Just walking into the lobby you can bask in the opulence and splendor. Staying there felt like I was a part of history like Cole Porter or Frank Sinatra would meander through the lobby. The service was amazing and I felt well cared for by every staff member we were...
