We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for 5 nights in April 2014. I'd always promised myself that if I ever went to NYC I treat myself & stay there so we did. Arriving from JFK by taxi, the Park Avenue entrance is everything you would expect, very grand & impressive but if you cannot locate a bellboy when you go... More

Classic accommodations in a famous hotel. We found the rooms to be OK as far as cleaning, but obviously tired although classy and attractive. Service was excellent and everyone was very professional. Loved the concierge lounge atmposhere. Happy for our selection and would like to return during Christmas.

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my son when visiting New York. We rented a large suite with two bedrooms with a separate lounge and office area which was great for sharing. The suite was spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly. A lovely, classic hotel in a great location.

I still have the fondest memories of our debutante ball over twenty five years ago. It's indeed a delight that the elegance and fine service have remained throughout the years. A magical please indeed. Dr. Alexandra Chan ( Katz) Pound Ridge, Southampton, NY.

Had a great experience. Only downside was room a bit small and overlooked an office block. Everything else about the hotel was fantastic. We had great service and everything was sorted for us in no time at all.

What a place to stay , the reception / foyer was just amazing and made you feel this place is something special, the staff couldn't be more helpful. The room was big and comfortable but is slightly tried and dated ,the views were brilliant . The toilet failed the work properly but was sorted straight away. The hotel is placed... More

I recently stayed at the Waldorf for a corporate event. The lobby is beautiful as is the grand ball room - there are amazing chandeliers throughout the hotel. Staff was fantastic and the food for the dinner for 200 equally amazing. The location too cannot be beat. However, the lack of electricity in the rooms is hugely problematic in this... More

The hotel is nice, the rooms are tiny and the drinks are terrible and overpriced. There for seminars and the facilities are great. Service seemed adequate, though not what I expected for a luxury hotel. Location was good. Altogether a nice and memorable stay, but next trip I would definitely choose a different property.

Stayed at the Waldorf for 7night to celebrate my Mum's 70th birthday - was a little worried having read some of the reviews but I must say we had a fantastic time. We had been upgraded to suites in the Towers ad there was nothing that was to much trouble for the staff. Unfortunately, our little boy was poorly during... More
