The Waldorf Astoria is absolutely incredible! An opportunity of a life time! It was just perfect! The staff was very professional and helpful. Hats off to Tim at the front desk. He set the tone for our stay!

Fabulous hotel with loads of history, great staff and in a really central location. Had a meal in the steakhouse and drinks in the bar, not the cheapest prices but fantastic old fashioned service made it worth the price. Only negative was the price of the wi fi, $20 a day! In this day and age I would expect it... More

I could not recommend this hotel enough. Absolutely amazing. For our 15th anniversary my husband and I stayed in NYC for 6 nights in the Waldorf Astoria. After a torturous flight from Arizona and a horribly stressful trip over, we finally arrived into the most awesome setting and welcomed by the most delightful staff. In particular we were made feel... More

We recently stayed at the Waldorf, and it was very nice. We were on the 11th floor, no A/C noise (was aware of this potential issue per other reviews) and had a living room and a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, comfy bed, no view to speak of, but a great room. Had room service one night, very prompt and the... More

Such a beautiful hotel with an awesome history. Rooms were not overly clean and the service was very disappointing including the front desk, waiters at the Peacock, and even the doorman. The beauty is still there but the impeccable service of yesterday is long gone. It was fine overall but not didn't even come close to meeting my expectations.

This hotel is extra-ordinary, luxurious, well-priced for the Mid-town/Upper East Side of NYC. The rooms are elegant, with beautiful furniture, spacious rooms, BIG windows and bathrooms, lots of sunlight streaming in through those windows, outstanding service from the bell staff to the registration folks to the cleaning staff. This is the BEST hotel experience I've ever had -- comparable to... More

Overall the service and location of the hotel is perfect for NYC. We walked to most places we wanted to see and the staff outside always helped get cabs if we needed it. Rooms are spacious (bigger than most hotel rooms in this area) and very clean and well kept. Very happy with this hotel and will stay there again... More

I have stayed at The Waldorf Towers several times and each experience has been great. The rooms have been spacious and the staff have been very welcoming. Just had a great stay at the Waldorf for a really affordable price. Used my Triple A membership and got a good rate - under $375 per night. The hotel is big and bustling, but also very lively and fun. The lobby bar is lots of fun - a classic NYC experience. The room was spacious, clean and the bed... More
