Completely overpriced ! Hotel was overbooked when we arrived ! Receptionist was extremly unfriendly and no one apologised for the mistake. We got given a Smoking room whereas we specially requested a non smoking. The smell in the room was horrible !!! Room was dark and not that spacious ! Hi I stayed at the Loews Regency for four nights with my daughter. It was a great stay, lovely comfortable bed in a fab room, With everything and more expected. The lobby is bustling with ladies wearing hats, business men and a few tourists. The lobby bathroom has complimentary amenities and is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious, comfortable. Very pet-friendly.
