Although it's undergoing some remodeling, the rooms were so comfortable, clean and nicely decorated not to mention that the staff were so serviceable, helpful, and friendly that the rest didn't matter! The location is great, safe, All around we had a very pleasant experience at the Helmsly and will definately consider returning to see how the it will look like... more
