“Just an all around great experience”

Stayed here for a short holiday in NYC for a vouple of nights (4/13-4/15). The staff are all wonderful, the rooms are exactly as described, the location is awesome, and the M-Bar was nice. The only thing that I would like to have had was an adjustable thermostat.

hotel is in good conditions, very clean....great location. Only reason I would go back. Staff is not very friendly. They have a bar next to it, the M bar....where we wanted to eat something around 11pm and kitchen was already closed. No extra mile is made by staff.

“Perfect Size and location for work trip”

The room was small but beautifully decorated. The bathroom was clean and updated. Perfect spot to stay for a work trip. The library in the lobby was relaxing and made me feel like I was at home. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and even answered questions regarding the history of the building.
