My wife and I decided to book a long weekend away to NYC for our anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room to one with a park view and include breakfast which was great. Our flight was also cancelled due to the snow storm and the hotel had no problem extending our stay for another night and were very helpful.

We stayed at the Park Lane Hotel this past week-end (January 23rd). It is in a perfect location right across from Central Park and easy walk to the MOMA, Metropolitan museum and all of Broadway. Plus there is a metro stop there for those who don't want to walk. Our room was one that overlooked the City which was not... More

I enjoyed very much my stay at the Park Lane with my daughter. We had the best time. The reception desk people were very warm and accommodating, especially Mr Andrew and Mr Avi. The wonderful breakfast couldn't be better, with special attention of Mr Dani, who was very kind to show us to the best table to get a wonderful... More

It's a nice hotel the location is excellent, what made our experience more memorable is miss Peggy at the reception she went out of her way to make our stay mor enjoyable, From my families opinion miss Peggy is the real adders for this hotel. I give her 5/5.

Tired decor and grey corridors greet you. The bedrooms are a good size but all the furniture and decor is very dated. The experience was then topped off (note ironey!) by a $30 resort tax per night to cover wifi and a cheap glass of wine (if you happened to be in hotel between 6pm and 7pm.

Edita Gutic at the reception was very helpful and friendly beyond what you normally expect, thank you Edita. We loved the extraordinary view from 10th floor out of the window on Central Park. So we could start every morning with a look into nature and a walk through the park, before exploring the museums, streets, taxi boats, opera and musical... More

Decided on a staycation in NYC for my hubby's bday this year and booked a junior suite at the Park Lane overlooking Central Park to celebrate. I was very happy with the 2 night stay although hubby thought the hotel could use updating and he was unhappy with the bed as his side was caved in! Unfortunately he tossed and... More

We had a horrible experience over the summer but decided to give the Park Lane one more try and were delighted that we did. The new management team seams to have worked out most of the kinks and has brought the Park Lane back up to its iconic standards. Great service, except for a terribly slow room service delivery, and... More

Another great stay at the Park Lane. I love the size of the rooms and the great location. The attentive staff do a great job! I only wish they ice machines on each floor. I especially love the food options in the hotel and nearby. If staying here you must try the Plaza Food Hall and Quality Meats.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
