This is the second time we have stayed at the Belvedere. It's such a wonderful hotel. Location - you can't beat it. On a nice quiet block but within walking distance to Times Square and every major subway station. The rooms are a little bigger than a typical NYC room. The beds are so, so comfortable and it was nice... More

We needed a central location for a 36 hour in and out. We had tickets for a Lincoln Center Julliard School premier. The location was idea. Lincoln Center and many other Manhatten points of interest are within walking distance. The E train passes near by. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. A good buy for the convenience.

On our recent trip to New York we stayed at the Belvedere Hotel. In particular I was searching for an affordable accommodation, windows that open, a fridge, and a very convenient location, close to Times Square etc. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and throughout our stay. Professional welcoming staff who were consistent in providing excellent service. Clean rooms,... More

We stayed here for four nights on a family vacation. The hotel was very nice with the room comparable with what I would expect with a Courtyard by Marriott. The room was clean, more spacious than I expected, and was equipped with a safe, microwave, and a mini-fridge. It is very conveniently located to the Theater District, Times Square, and... More

We were at the Belvedere for 5 nights in March and had a nice stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, bringing us a second bathrobe and some dishes for the kitchenette when we asked. It was nice to have the little kitchen with refrig, microwave and coffee maker. We had an executive double double which gave us free wifi,... More

I stayed in the Belvedere while attending a class at the AMA center in Times Square. It was just an 8 minute walk to class, near the subway and Hell's Kitchen restaurants. It was pretty charming. Built in the 20's, it had some interesting ceramic tilework on the outside and an old US Mail chute that ran from each floor.... More

Great weekend trip to NYC...and first stay at the Belvedere. Had an Executive King room on the 12th floor. It was perfection. Great space, nice temperature control, access to food late night and loved that I could open the windows. Perfect location to walk to Hell's Kitchen, Theatre District and Broadway. Loved it and will stay there again. Good price,... More

We stayed at the Belvedere for six nights during our son's spring break from high school. Our room was on the 11th floor with two double beds, just the right size for three of us but cramped when our other son joined us from college for the weekend. The most effective temperature control was by opening the windows, and that... More

I thought this hotel was great, although it does really annoy me to have to pay for wifi on top of an already expensive room. I had a room on the 14th floor which was really spacious and had fantastic views across the city. They really need to flip the bed mattresses though as they have massive dips in them.... More

I have to say my review honestly is quite mixed. I was extremely happy that I was able to book a room on a Friday night for check in the same day. I was so impressed with the hotel initially! Our room was incredibly small though clean. My issue occurred throughout the night. There was this insane clinking of metal... More
