We stayed there recently. We checked in very late, because of flight delays, but we were still given great customer service. The lady on desk very helpful and friendly and after a 28 hour day that is exactly what we needed. She arranged for some food to be bought up and quickly pointed out things we might need, doctors, chemists,... More

I had to take a business trip to NYC and thought I would stay at a "boutique NYC hotel" to get a little flavor of the city. The flavor I got was distasteful. The service of the employees in the downstairs was less than satisfactory - none of the valets were outside when I arrived. I had to get the... More

This is a fine hotel. It's located in a decent location and you can walk to Times Square. We walked over to 46th street Restaurant Row and had a great time. Just out to your right at the end of the street is a fantastic New Orleans themed restaurant. This one is more " hole in the wall" than the... More

What a wonderful hotel. So close to Times Square but quiet and lovely. We had a room with a small kitchenette. There was a coffee machine and a microwave. There was no dishes in the room but the staff supplied some as soon as we asked. All the staff were so helpful and answered my many questions with a smile.... More

We traveled to New York to visit some sights and to see a show. Whenever we go to New York, we use the subway and other transit to get around and this hotel was conveniently located near the 8th Avenue subway. Its a little off the main theatre area, but it was safe at night and near a lot of... More

Great location but on a side street so very quiet. Staff helpful, courteous & friendly, definitely a 5 Star hotel for a 3 star price. We always use the subway which is 1 block from the hotel & a great Grocery store on 8th Street with a wonderful bakery.

The hotel is a few blocks away from Time Square. From the money you saved at this hotel you can watch a couple more Broadway shows. Location is quite clean and safe. The rooms are cozy. The staff are very approachable.

The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from times square - walking distance from a lot of the most famous sights in Manhattan. The hotel was clean, and our rooms were very decent sized, and the bed was so comfy. They also had all the amenities we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again if we go... More
