It was a nice stay. The best thing about this hotel it's the location, near everything and close to a subway station. The room was ok. The bath was a little outdated since it was not one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately we had a corner room which is colder than the other rooms, but the hotel provided a... More

Nice, big, clean rooms. Friendly service, excellent breakfast and near Times Square, the Subway Uptown and Downtown, near Restaurant Street, Broadway... But still in a quiet neighbourhood. I would definitly go back when I visit New York again!

A friend and I recently spent a Sunday night at this hotel. This is my third visit and it was very pleasant. The staff accommodated our request to check in early. The rooms are adequately sized with nice amenities. The bathrooms are small but nicely appointed. The hotel staff are uniformly informative and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this as... The lobby lacks the bells and whistles of a more elite property, but the rooms were spotless and the prices are very competitive. Would definitely go back. Some guests complained rooms weren't ready until 3pm, but there is plenty in Manhattan to keep you busy.

We stayed at the Belvedere for a Girls' trip to NYC. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The staff were fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a spot in the Theatre district.

We are Marriott rewards members and usually stay with them, however rates were very expensive the week we visited. The belvedere offered a great location and good value. We booked the special 2 nights and get a third 1/2 off. The rates averaged out to be over $100 less per night than what we'd have paid nightly at any of... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends. Easy check in process. They have luggage storage available so we dropped our bags early and came back later in the day. Room was clean and average size for Manhattan hotel. Close walk to Broadway theaters and time square. Lots of food options close by on 8th ave. Not too far from Central... More

I just checked out of the Belvedere a few hours ago after having stayed there for the past 2 night. I've been to New York many times and have stayed at many different hotels. I found the Belvedere when I booked a hotel for this trip on hotwire and the Belvedere was the hotel I got. At first I was... More

I stayed here with my two oldest daughters for five nights in March 2015. Our room had two double beds and was located on the eighth floor. Pros - very clean; conscientious daily housekeeping; great value; extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful front desk staff and concierge (at all times), who went out of their way to accommodate special requests; really... Stayed here March 11-15, 2015. We arrived early and front desk was kind enough to split our bill for us without any hassle and store our luggage. We stayed on 14th floor and had a double double room. We loved the room and had plenty of space for 4 women. Really liked the mini kitchenette and anytime we needed extra... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
