I visited this hotel for brunch - so no comments on the rooms. You need to book - but it was well worth it. The menu was great - food fresh and very nice - and any venue that service strong liqueur at breakfast has my vote. A great spot - easy to access and with plenty of dining options.... More

I stayed at this hotel last week with my wife, the room was small but it was clean and had maid service every day the staff were very friendly and willing to give advice on tourist places. The breakfast was very disappointing a few rolls and cakes which had to be eaten off paper plates and cups and the place... More

We were one week in this hotel in Executive Suite. Suite was large (compared normal hotel rooms in NYC) and clean. At least our suite's bathroom was renovated. Free WiFi! Location in Midtown, Empire State Building or Madison Square garden only two block away from this hotel. And subway stations nearby.

I'm going to start with the good. My room was clean, the bathroom had a lot of counter space, and there were plenty of pillows. The AC did not work very well. I set my room to 70 F and the one night I was there it never turned off - the temperature never got below 75 F. The bed... More

This hotel was the supreme disappointment. From the grimy lobby to the woefully dated rooms, to the mystery spot in the middle of my floor, to the non-existent air conditioning. Nothing about this hotel was acceptable. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The best thing I can say is that the Wine Bar is a welcome reprieve from the rest... More

Several friends have been to NY an recommended hotels but they were all out of my budget so I searched through all the hotels and found this one, which is a block away from the Empire State and down the road from the central Penn Station. I told them it was a 40th birthday trip and they gave me a... More

Clean hotel with nice staff. Our room didn't have view, just a big wall outside the window. Just one elevator - long waiting time in the mornings. Location perfect, subway very close and hop on hop off busses on 34 th street. Really recomend to but The hop on hop off- they can be bought everywhere on the streets. Note... More

This hotel is excellent. The staff helpful, conveniently located close to Penn station and Koreatown, and clean rooms that are comfortable. Upgrading to the suite rooms is worth the cost. My favorite place to stay in the city.

We stayed here last year but I am currently on a review catch up- excellent location close to Times square and a great deli right across the street for those who might want to grab a packed lunch to take with them on their days sight seeing- breakfast was basic but tasty and perfectly sufficient- the staff who provided breakfast... I recently stayed in this hotel and from the helpfulness of the staff and ita central location I cannot fault this hotel. The breakfast provided wasnt fantastic consisting of bagels or danishes, carb overload, but kept us going till lunch nonetheless. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs, iron and ironing board provided and... More
