Through understanding our trip purpose in advance, the representative from VIP & Club service section, Nicole, generously decided to give us an unusual upgrade to a parlor suite, which is one living room and one two-bed room connected with a door. What a big surprise is for the first-time Big-Apple visitors! It definitely wasted our kids a lot of energy... More

Lovely hotel with first class service. Our room was comfortable with 3 of us sharing. It is central to all the amenitys, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Surprisingly the taxis wern't as expensive as we thought they might be. However, be aware of the service charges and tax that get put on you bill at restaurants and... More

My sister and I stayed here for 1 week. Our first time in NYC. The location was great! The concierge was amazing! The room was small(as expected) but clean. Beds were comfortable. Great walking distance to Central Park, great eating, and tour bus pick ups. Only complaint about the hotel was their restaurant. Food was average at best and service... More

This is our 3rd time styling at the Sheraton Time Square & we always get great staff service. They truly know how to treat their guest. The location is perfect & close to pretty much everything. I would recommend for everyone, including families with young kids

I just completed a one night stay at the Sheraton Times Square and had a pleasant experience. While the lobby gets quite busy, check-in was very easy. With my SPG Platinum status, I was upgraded to a premium room with access to the Club Lounge. The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from Penn Station and just blocks from... More

Great location, rooms are fine. Check in and out - easy. Good service. Lifts super fast. (Make sure you get in the right one for your room number). Bathrooms are on the small size and no shower cap supplied. (A bit picky, but I have long hair and needed one) Our friends asked for bathrobes for their room and they... More

I've been here about a year ago. It was my first time in nyc and even now I'm very thankful to all the staff members for making me feel at home. This hotel is near Times Square, one of the most famous places in nyc, and it's easy to reach for all the other interesting places . Rooms are very... More

Living in the most popular strand in the world it appears to be in a fairytail and if we add to all these magic happenings, such Hotel, then you are realy in a fairytail. We will not go in a different Hotel, but Sheraton.

The room was freezing cold, even with the heating on full blast, the window was single glazed and let such a draft in, and the curtains are just for decoration so they don't even close to keep some warm in, and the windows didn't block out any of the traffic noise below. Both the room and bathroom were extremely small... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
