I was disappointed that they don't have free wifi in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby if you don't want to pay. Otherwise it is $14/day which is rather expensive. The location was good but one could find a similar hotel with a better location at a cheaper price.

As an ongoing, continued and loyal SHERATON® PLATINUM MEMBER, I always choose to stay at this partcular Sheraton® property due to its convenience of being "in the center of it all" and its excellent walkability. The proximity of this hotel to local restaurants, even fast–food restaurants, retail stores, Broadway and off–Broadway, museums, tourist attractions and transportation is second to none.... More

Loved this place as its in a perfect location for everything, even the subway is only a minute away. The hotel is great, its very clean and have amazing staff. The rooms have great beds and plenty of room compared to other City center hotels I have stayed in. I know its pricey but New York is and staying here... More

Good location. Some construction going on in the lobby, but not too disruptive. Rude dining room service, rude bag check service (very rude) but not enough to demerit the entire experience. Room is nice, clean. I would stay again (dependant on pricing).

I've stayed at this Sheraton several times. The location is excellent! The property is well maintained, clean, and well managed. Rooms are large and comfortable, if a bit tired, but the Sheraton bed and bedding is fantastic! The Club Room is excellent but is frequently overcrowded during breakfast so be prepared to grab and go, or take back to your... More

We went 2nd week March 2015 - got it on a special rate (below $200). The hotel has so many rooms that I suspect that it is not rare that it would go on sale (there was a music convention staying there - with busloads of people, but there were still rooms available, and on sale!). Best thing about the... More

Have stayed at the Sheraton New York and Towers at least once every year for 11 years, typically for an annual conference in January. It fits the mold of your typical, large, major city urban-oriented, business-focused hotel. When busy the check-in lines can get daunting, but they usually manage this very well. It's 50 stories tall, but they have split... More

I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel...I booked early and called specifically to advise them of late arrival...Upon arrival,I was told that there were no rooms...but upon pressing the issue and with nowhere to go at midnight,I was ultimately granted a twin room ULTIMATELY, (I HAD BOOKED AND PAID FOR A KING) on a floor w Spring break revelers... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
