Great location. Great weekend in NYC. The reason I wanted to make this post was to recognize several of the employees at the hotel. Our group actually had one problem at check in.... things happen. The impressive thing was how Jorge the Guest Service manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience. more

I ran the NYC Marathon and my wife came with me to NYC---our first trip to NYC. I got this room on Priceline.com. Great position, extremely busy lobby, tad tired around the edges, off-hand reception staff but very helpful housekeeping staff, good bar - friendly staff. All in all a mixed blessing. The hotel was very busy as it was the three day build up to the Marathon and the start of the World Series and they had large parties for each staying.... more
I enjoyed the location and the service. Lots to do within walking distance, and staff very friendly. Lounge area a bit too small and crowded when conferences are being held at the hotel. more
the staff were very helpful all of the time my only complaint was the lack of computers in ratio to guests and companies using the hotel more
The drain in our tub was backed up, no water would drain. There is no ventilation in the bathroom - like a sauna after 2 showers. The fan on the heating/cooling unit was broken. Staff was unfriendly. Pay $400 for a night and they can't even hold onto your bags the next day for a few hours without charging you... more
Located midtown so very close to Times Square, Rockefeller Centre and Central Park. The kid's loved the complimentary use of the computers in the lobby and the large flat screen tv in the room. The cleaning of the room was a bit hit and miss ie. the room wasn't always hoovered or dusted every day during our 5 night stay... more

I was very unhappy with this hotel. When I booked online they promised me 2 beds and I only received one while I was staying there. They said that it should have been explained to me that it was not a guarantee. So one of us had to sleep on a cot for 4 days. Very uncomfortable and the room... more
