Comfortable hotel in a great location near Tomes Square and Broadway, check in rather slow and staff could be a little more friendly and helpful, Room was a little tired but ok. Absolutely no information provided in room about any facilities in or out of hotel.

I have just come back from this hotel and I loved it! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. It was lovely to have a separate living space. The hotel is in a great location a couple of minutes walk to Times Square.... More

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights when we arrived in New York. From a location perspective it’s absolutely great. As the name suggests , Times Square is a 5 mins walk from the hotel. The check-in was super fast. The room is a little on the small side. We had booked to see the Broadway show Wicked, the... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for several days. Its location is great- so close to shops, restaurants and attractions in Times Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and checkout went well, despite initial confusion over our assigned room, The actual room was spacious enough and the view was great. There were a few places in the... More

While waiting for the check in, people cut the line and the hotel personnel didn't do or say anything. But the rooms were very clean and nice. Comfortable beds, excellent bath. The room was not like the ones you see on the website but nevertheless it was an excellent room. Super near Times Square and a good price. Housekeeping staff... More

I was recommended by my collegue to stay in this hotel and to look for Keith Holmes...who works there. He was very friendly and helpful and so were all the other hotel staff. In spite of the lobby really packed with people , the staff were still smiling and approachable.... giving tips on how to get to the places we... More

Pros: Hot tub, nice water pressure. Clean. Location Easy breakfast. Air conditioning. Cons: Hair dryer very small and weak. No microwave. No fridge. Safe broken. Have to have cleaning service everyday. Manually turn on five different lights. A little noisy near elevator.

Hotel was centrally located to Time Square and the Theaters - many things within walking distance. The room was on the small side (we had 2 queen size beds for 3 of us) but we weren't there much of the time so it really didn't matter. It was clean enough. The people working the hotel were awesome - everyone was... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
