A great hotel, perfect location, excellent staff, rooms were clean and the lobby was recently renovated and smelled amazing. My wife and I are going back this March and plan to stay at the Manhattan again. I would highly recommend staying here for your stay in New York you will not go wrong

The hotel was just ok. Rooms clean and of adequate. Rooms had connecting doors but even though we had two rooms we were placed on opposite sides of the building? However if you want to explore Manhattan on foot as we did, the location makes this hotel perfect. Walk out the front door turn right and you can see all... More

We stayed there this past week. All in all a good value but is currently going through renovations. Elevators were slow especially during peak hours and I'm just glad we were on a lower floor. I believe they are upgrading the elevators so one or two were not in service. We were on the 9th floor which has not been... More

I had a great time staying at this hotel. Location was amazing, easy access to all the must see places in NYC! Mr. Patel kindly gave us a lovely room with a balcony of Times Square which was wonderful as the trip was for a birthday! His service and kindness was amazing. The comfort of the room was also nice,... More

We had an absolutely awesome time in NYC and this hotel. The staff earned a well deserved 5* review from me and my partner. I emailed ahead of our visit as I was unsure after reading reviews. I'm so glad I did as they put my mind at rest and gave us room 540. A junior suite at no extra... More

Didn't expect to feel so comfortable in this big city. The hotel was quiet. One of the staff, Lion G., made me feel right at home here. He advised me where to go to dinner, as well as answered all my questions about the subway and local attractions. We felt like old friends, even though I had only just met... More

Bought on groupon first mistake. We we supposed to stay last night dec 22. We left at midnight disgusted. We were getting into bed and found dried blood stains on the inner sheet. We asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately. Those sheets were replaced with sheet that had curly Pubic hairs. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Halls disgusting , dinged and... More

Amazing food, amazing comfort, amazing staff, so close to everything with cheap places to eat close by too, perfect place to stop. The hotel was about a 30 second walk from time square. I stayed on the 14 floor which was pretty quiet of a night time apart from the odd police siren.

The good is the convenient location. Walking distance to Radio City and Rockefeller Plaza. A couple blocks to the heart of Times Square. Check in was easy. We got there early and did a pre check in since rooms were not ready. They held our bags and we went out shopping. The rooms were ready an hour or two later.... More

Our room was small but had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. The location can't be beat: close to the subway and a 10 minute walk to Radio City Music Hall. They have a great luggage storage system which was quite handy since we came by train from southern NJ and wanted to maximize our time doing the town.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
