Perfect location for a few days in Manhattan two blocks away from Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Centre and Central Park. The best Broadway shows all within a few blocks' radius. Great service and friendly staff...with Lion and Allison deserving a special mention!

We recently stayed at The Manhattan at Times Square. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. The facility was wonderful and the location couldn't be beat but the best part of the experience was the hotel staff. We were warmly greeted by Mohammad at the front desk. His associate Allison helped make our stay memorable. The concierge and... More

We had a brilliant holiday in New York, I Loved that we were so close to everything. We walked everywhere central park was 10 min walk empire state I would go back. The hotel was good we even ordered one night takeaway pizza as we were to tired to go out after all of the walking and they delivered to... More

Stayed at this hotel twice during my visit to nyc. Superbly located, away from the noise and traffic of times square and yet so close. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk. Surrounded by shops, eateries, breakfast places and subways. Staff is very friendly in the reception as well as the doorman and the people on the bell desk. But... More

The hotel is very good positioned, just around the corner from Times Square, the service is impeccable, had an issue that my room was not ready yet but been rep idly solved my staff member Allison who has been most courteous and professional.

Rooms are good and clean, second time in this hotel, next time in NY I will come back again. For what you pay in this part of the city this hotel is perfect. Front desk people are usually not very friendly but Mohammad was extremely friendly, helpful and nice with us: thumbs up for him.

From the moment I arrived nothing was easy. Do not use the Concierge - they are a separate business from the hotel. They overcharged me for a Broadway ticket I purchased through them and were rude and degrading when I approached them about it. The hotel charges extra service fees (on top of your room rate for internet and phone).... More

Had a wonderful experience! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Located minutes away from Times Square and several Broadway theatres. Staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly at the front desk and the grab n' go breakfast station (Dolores and Mohammed were very kind). A great place to stay if you want to be a convenient walking distance from some of NYC's... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
