For us the location if this hotel was perfect. My husband has walking difficulties and this hotel was great. Big bus just down the road. Taxi rank outside. Great diner for breakfast round the corner and super pub on the corner of the next block. Times square a few minutes away and Central Park 15 minutes for us, probably less... More

Do not be fooled by the website and photos, this hotel is far from what it appears. This was the last location for our 4 week Honeymoon throughout the USA, and we couldn't have picked a worse hotel to finish our trip with. To start with our room wasn't ready, waited 45mins, asked again, still wasn't ready so we got... More

Finding a reasonably priced hotel in Manhattan is almost impossible. We had a great week in a spotlessly clean room with a king sized bed, decent air conditioning and in the middle of everything. My only criticism is that the towels are small and really worn thin.

Best feature is location. Bare minimum facility that needs updating.Overpriced breakfast bar, but many eating places nearby. Staff friendly enough & storage of luggage availabke before room was available.Glad to have stayed only one night.

This hotel is prime if you want to be close to the theater district. However, make sure you room is not next to the elevators because they are very noisy making it very hard to sleep at night and are woken up early in the a.m.

This hotel ticks all the boxes. Staff are very friendly and eager to help, particularly Leon. Who went out his way to make our stay extra special. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is right in the heart of Times Square and within walking distance of Central Park, Rockefeller centre and Empire State building as well as... More

After a long trip to NYC we arrived in late afternoon to learn that one of the two booked rooms is not ready. My colleague was told to wait for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes he entered the queue in front of the reception desk, after additional ten minutes of waiting in the row he was told that the room... More

We are just back from 5 days in NYC at this hotel. I have to say we picked it based on price and location. Good value for a hotel very nearly in the middle of Times Square however I was surprised by how old the decor is. The hotel was clean and tidy however the whole place probably needs a... More

After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to book here, but I was pleasantly surprised. the room was clean and neat, the bed were comfortable, and the services was excellent. We were on the 5th floor and had a balcony. We loved standing on the balcony looking down the street at Times Square. The location was great !!!!!... More

Hotel location could not be better. 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Hotel nice and clean, nothing fancy. I would have rate it 5 if they had breakfast included in the room charge and internet was available only in the lobby for the first 24 hrs. For 21st century and for such a cosmopolit city internet should be like the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
