Stayed in this hotel. Great location and very friendly service. Lost my phone in New York. Taxi driver finds it. By the time I left for Orlando. Denia from guest relations paid $40 and shipped it to me in 24 hours! What a great service and effort! Okay about the hotel: excellent location. Rooms are comfortable. No room service or... More

Ideal spot for time square and the underground. Hotel was clean, the rooms were very large, We had free wifi and international calls in our room at no extra charge which was great , It could do with a little updating but was in a great location

We had a wonderful three days in NYC, and staying at the Manhattan at Times Square Hotel made it easy to walk or take the subway to all of the places we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. Yes, the decor was a little drab but we didn't spend enough time in our... More

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights last week excellent hotel. Reception staff more than cooperative helped out with any query. Didnt have to pay for any extras such as wifi option. We declined the offer for the wifi/telephone as the free wifi in lobby was adequate for Internet and all the bars and restaurants had wifi too so no... More

easy walking distance to everywhere - onsite parking and friendly staff. I would stay here again. Family of 4 fit well in two double room, room was tight when we opened up the port-a-crib but still usable.

Stayed there for 5 nights last week (14-19 March). Brilliant location for NYC newbies, close to 2 main subway stations and minutes walk from Times Square. The whole hotel could do with a refresh it looks dated and some of the fixtures and fitting are beginning to fray at the edges. The Cafe was rubbish if your going to sell... More

i recently had my 5 nights stay at this hotel, i was greeted with a moody lady receptionist who told me i needed to pay extra surcharge USD 21.95/night for the use of internet and telephone. I was surprised because on tripadvisor profile they do not say anything about this, so in the end i needed to pay a total... More

Also housekeeping was very nice, and my room was ready every time when i arrrived and WiFi rocks. 2 specific notes, 1) This is a bed only hotel, don't expect fancy room service 2) Plan to take breakfast... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
