I have been travelling to NYC for quite a few years with clients who take our tours from Canada.Upon arrival, I have always experienced a very warm welcome each and every time. All the hotel staff have been extremely friendly and continually provide A1 service when needed. An honourable mention to Louise Rechlis for always going over and above when... more

Although we live in Long Island, we stayed in this hotel overnight as a birthday treat for our daughter who was turning 11. We saw Wicked (which is one block away) and ate at Ellen's Stardust Diner (which is across the street) so the location was perfect. The hotel was clean and friendly. We checked in at 2pm without a... more

The hotel is abysmal. Service was curt and rude (and I'm a native New Yorker). Our room was falling apart. The room, and the hotel in general, give you the idea that the owners are trying to extract whatever revenue remains in this hotel, without further investment, until a likely total refurbishment (at least I certainly hope so). The cherry... more

You get what you pay for: US$100 on Priceline. Run down hotel, I mean, run down! Paper wall peeling out, furniture with a lot of scratches, lousy gym... but if you are looking for a great location and don't care about the rest, this is a hotel for you! more

The most noteable thing about the hotel was the amazing down beds. They were, without a doubt, the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The hotel itself was a typical downtown hotel. Did it need freshening? yea but the location and price for us was too good to pass up and the staff were very, very helpful and... more

I have stayed at several four, four and a half and five star hotels and I would rate this a three. The room was small and that was fine....this was after all, New York which is renouned for small hotel rooms. The king size bed was comfortable, there was a large LCD TV in the room, there was a coffee... more

Paid $185 /night and couldn't beat the location. Just a few minutes walking to Time Square and Central Park. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels were of good quality. But now a little bit of bad news..... the room was very small and run down (rust and mold in the tub, faucet wouldn't shut off, puddle on the... more

We have visited New York annually for many years and usually stay in a boutique hotel near Times Square. This year we chose to use up some of our aeroplan points and booked this hotel for 7 nights on points. The mood of the front counter staff changed visibly upon our check in when they saw we had booked on... more

Braving the driving conditions in New York City proved to be easily managable and well worth it to reach the Sheraton Manhattan. From the minute we arrived curbside to unload our luggage, we were well taken care of with staff that was friendly, professional and eager to help meet our every need and answer our countless questions. Our room was... more

I have travelled to NY several times with clients and have always found the hotel staff very efficient and friendly. They are more than happy to help out with any of our clients needs and go out of there way to make our stay enjoyable. Honorable mention to Louise at reception who always has a warm greeting for everyone and... more
