I actually did not stay in this hotel so I can't review. My daughter stayed in this hotel with a group from her school. She left a pair of UGG boots in her room. We immediately called the hotel upon her return. In the course of a week, I talked to 3 different people (Lost and Found, Front Desk personnel,... more

Just spent 4 nights in this hotel , a group of 14 friends. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are cleaned to good standard. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and friendly but the reception staff are miserable and rude ( with the exception of Fred). They completely mixed up the booking and blamed everyone else but themselves... more

We stayed in this hotel 5 nights during our first visit to this great city. We were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was big enough, the bed was very comfortable and we also liked it that it was possible to open the window. We did not use much of the hotel services and didn't eat at the restaurant... more

Enjoyed this hotel very much! ALL the staff that we dealt with were very helpful & friendly. Karen at the Concierge desk is AWESOME!! She knows all about New York and has great recommendations! The Lobby is very nice and trendy. The rooms are comfortable. The guy out front that hails cabs for you (forgot his name!) is also great!... more

We stayed one night in Park Central Hotel. Room was acceptable (150$/n), but some renovation would be nice to have (outdated rooms). Location was great but due the high traffic some noise can disrupt your sleep. more

Even though the hotel is old, the rooms are ok, they are small just like all the hotels in Manhattan. Bathroom works very well, celaness is good, they offer HD TV. The most important attribute I think is the location, you are just a 10 min walk from Central Park, 5th Av or times square. It´s at the final stop... more

I stayed at Park Central for two days, for a business-related trip, but I did have some free time to explore the city. The hotel is wonderfully located, as other reviews have noted - easy walk to Times Square, 7th Ave/57th St shopping, and Central Park. Access to subway lines is equally close by. The room itself was small (but... more

I have just returned from this hotel. I was very pleased with my stay there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, especially the concierge. Times Square was a 10 minute walk down 7th avenue, the shops on 5th were 10 minutes walk along 54th street. The metro is on the next block. The cost of staying at... more

We stayed in room 851 from Oct. 29 to Nov. 4, '09. No major problems. We were in town for the marathon. A few small items. We "get it" about the lobby remodel being "cutting edge" and "with it", but get rid of the crappy music. This happens a lot: millions put into a remodel and no thought at all... more
