We had an excellent room on the fourth floor with a window and two double beds, quite a luxury in NYC! The rooms, hallways and lobby were clean and modern. Loved the parking included rate you can book with the hotel website. Staff was very friendly and helpful with luggage storage, valet services, etc. Rooms were very quiet as well.... More

A good choice for doing business and tourist activities in the city. Great location in the middle of the city. The rooms are decent size; I've stayed here at least 4 times over the past year and services are very consistent. This is not a dream hotel and makes all the magic but you could not go wrong with staying... More

I was 7 days in NY for work and I had a great experience. Very good location close to Central Park and subway station. Even a big hotel, the rooms were very quiet, nice modern decoration and staff was very friendly. WIFI was working very good and I will definately come back.

Park Central is a great choice. Room was generously sized for NYC. Our two Queen room had a closet between the beds which was really nice to have since we were a couple with two children. Very clean, good service, comfy beds and great hotel bar. Great location just off Central Park and a few blocks north of Times Square... More

We are a very well traveled family and we certainly know our way around hotels. We rarely complain...usually it all evens out. However NOT in the case of THIS hotel. First surprise. We get get there and there is a $25 upcharge per room per night. We already paid in full via expedia at their listed rate. The fee is... More

Upon checking in the hotel seemed to be ok. It was not what I was expecting for a high priced NYC hotel. Our room was not ready (we were there before the posted check-in time) which I didn't expect it to be ready. I left my bag with the bellman and went on my way. When I returned at 6pm... More

This is my 3 rd stay at Park Central and the first hotel I look for when planning a trip to the city. Over the years the hotel has undergone refurbishment, and even the once slow elevators have improved. We had a double room. It was comfortable, but needed better lighting. It was an interior room, so the view was... More

I booked this hotel last minute for one night as I had a friend coming to visit and I was staying around the corner in another hotel. The price, considering the incredible location right near Times Square and Central Park, was very reasonable. Staff were extremely friendly, especially Elizabeth in guest relations. Wifi was free, beds were very comfy, bathroom... More

Park Central is a classy hotel, clean and comfortable, with a great location just a few blocks south of Central Park. Staying there puts you within easy walking distance of the Met Museum of Art, the Museum of Natural History, Moma, and, of course, Central Park. Carnegie Hall is catty-corner from the hotel. Plus there are many nice restaurants in... More

Excellent hotel, clean, good service, friendly staff, good WiFi, I stayed for a week and didn´t miss home, believe me! Great location also, everything is in a walking distance. The store at the lobby is not big, but you can have a nice cupcake and coffee.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
