Great location, right in Times Square... in the thick of entertainment, shows, restaurants, whatever. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Here is the kicker... why we won't stay here again... the room, while clean, is TINY! Postage stamp size tiny. Plus our view was of a brick wall. Our trip was awesome, and... More

Am staying here at the moment, after staying at the Pearl (really good), and bitterly regretting it. If you are over 30, it's just plain annoying to have loud disco music playing 24 hours a day in the reception area - It's loud enough to make talking difficult. My room is tiny and cheaply done, internet is $13.95 per day... More

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not an enjoyable one. Our hotel lobby is designed to be engaging to guests, but we absolutely understand that not everyone will take to the lobby as it is designed and we apologize that the volume of the music made it difficult for you to hold conversation. Our rooms are on... More

If you are looking for a hotel that is smack in the middle of Times Square, this is perfect. It's affordable, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The rooms are small (which is typical for the area), but they are quiet and have everything you need. The staff is helpful and professional. The breakfast is pricey, but there tons of delis... More

What can I say. I was looking forward to staying at the paramount as I had tickets to the Queen of Night show they host there. When we we checked in to our room it was very humid. Called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it as we left the room. We came back to ice all... More

Love it.. Small rooms, but that is what you get for that price. Price is really good, and location is even better if this is your first time in New York. Beds are good, and rooms are clean and ok fore the price you pay. Only thing is that you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways..... More

Nice hotel at perfect location. But we didn't understatement why the lobby and the restaurant are so dark; all black walls! The music in the lobby is too loud. We didnt't like that at all. The room was oké, but too small for four persons.

Being right in the middle of Times Square, Broadway shows, and Hell's Kitchen is always a super plus. Now, please be aware the hotel rooms are super tiny. If you are bringing more than two luggage pieces and also if you are an overweight person do not plan on staying here. The shower is very small, I could barely shave... More

Stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon. Wow what a brilliant location. Stay here if you want to be a minutes walk from Times Square and Broadway! We really liked the hotel, yes the rooms are small (no space once 2 suitcases are in it) but the bed was comfortable, the showers were hot and the location couldn't... More

The location was ideal if you're planning an outing to Times Square. The standard room was very small and attached bathroom was equally small. Nice television and toiletries. Party atmosphere in the lobby area with a live DJ most of the time.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
