Location is great. We didn't have any food. Staff was kind. Everything was clean and new. Room has a dockstation for iPhone ( just iphone 4/4s). Internet connection is paid but you can ask for password and you will have it for free. There are 4 elevators and they are really fast so you don't have to wait long. Lobby... More

Checkin was pleasant, & fast. The lobby was nice & furniture in the lobby comfortable. The room was very small, however the bed was extraordinarily comfortable. But the bathroom had a lot to be desired. It was small as well, there was mildew on the walls, & NO water pressure in the shower!!!!! Overall it was an ok place to... More

No concierge to help with bags arrived with my Mum and nobody helped us at all. We had 5 bags between us. The room was so small for a 6 night stay at over $500 per night. Rang housekeeping and received a voice message and no call back. The same happened with room service. The only way to get anything... More

Great location with proximity to Penn Station and Bus lines from DC and Boston. Room was definitely on the small side, even by NYC hotel standards. Appointments in the room were nice but we barely had enough room to navigate around the room (forget it if the bathroom door is open!) and electrical outlets were few and difficult to access.... We stayed here in April 2014 and although the room was small it served its purpose as a bedroom and shower/bathroom. Its just off the main times square area so a little less pedestrian traffic on the street even with the theaters on the same street. Next time we go to New York I would definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel couldn't have a better spot. It is at the heart of Time Square and accessible to a plenty of restaurants, metro stations, theaters and amenities. The bed is good enough to have a pretty good sleep. No noise from outside get into the room. Downside, it is too dark. Everything on the hotel is Dark. At the elevator,... More

Checked in for a very short stay Thursday night 6-18, near midnight until Friday. Was immediately granted late checkout if needed and given a voucher for a beverage in the hotel bar. Nice touch. Staff was VERY helpful. In our room, 532, the AC simply was not functional and there was no response to the thermostat. Had no time to... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
