The Murray Hill Suites where perfectly located near Grand Central for our escape to Flushing Meadows for US Open Tennis and an easy walk to Broadway for a Play. Inexpensive for NYC and nice friendly staff. The large rooms are a bit dated with tiny bathroom but you get a kitchen and the most comfortable bed I've slept on in... More

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and got a brilliant deal. The room was huge, bigger than most New York apartments, and included a sofa, dining area and kitchen. The staff were really helpful and the location is amazing. Would go back tomorrow and would highly recommend.

For the price, the convenience of the location is hard to beat. I always use Grand Central station as the starting point to go around the city and it is only 3 blocks away from the hotel. The rooms are classified as suites and are spacious. Mine had a kitchen. There is some street noise that comes into the room,... More

I'm a native New Yorker that relocated to San Diego two years ago. This trip back home was going to be filled with lots of emotion. I'm happy to report that staying in a hotel that made me feel like I was just coming home after a long day at work made me feel like I never left. I'm looking... More

We have stayed at the Murray Hill East Suites several times over the years and have never been disappointed, and we were not disappointed on our most recent trip either. It is a great place to stay in New York City for a reasonable price. My wife and I have tried similarly priced NYC hotels in the past and have... More

Great value! The location is excellent. It was clean, orderly, and convenient. It is not a glitzy place with amenities like a restaurant/bar, but the staff is cordial and we felt safe and secure. We were upgraded for no apparent reason, but ended up with a large suite (separate BR, LR, kitchen, bath) with a terrace we really didn't use... More

I was skeptical at first when my boyfriend booked this via priceline for our 3 days in NYC during a roadtrip of the East Coast. I'm a high maintenance traveler, having only stayed at the NYC Hilton before this trip, and had every doubt in the world. A cheap place to stay in the city? There had to be a... More

This hotel was wonderful. It's location is located close to many great restaurants, grocery stores, and walking distance to Central Park , the UN, and Grand Central Station. Rooms are comfortably large and staff is friendly and helpful. I am excited to go back to NYC to see more sites and plan to stay here again.

The typical tourist would love this hotel. It isn't a la-di-da expensive, luxurious hotel, but a comfortable, CLEAN place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The location can't be beat and the price wasn't outrageous. I'd be tempted to give it five stars if it had free Wi-Fi. It's the roomiest place we've stayed in during visits to... More

Can't have everything and to get this location, it was an outstanding option. Within walking distance to many attractions and Grand Central. Street side room was noisy, even with white noise machine we had to "drown out" the activity on the street. Laundry facilities (thankfully), fitness room with a good selection of equipment, free WiFi only in the lobby, parking... More
