So many things were not acceptable and not up to standard. Let me start with the things that could not be controlled , I requested an early check in and based on other reviews, a renovated room. I got neither but it was pointed out that there was no guarantee on fulfilling the requests. Had to wait 15 minutes to... More

Hotel was in an excellent location, right at time square. Many good restaurants within walking distance and our theater was just steps down the street. Convenient to many attractions and the subway. Talk to the men at the front door, they have the best suggestions for food. Also see Benny in the bar. Super friendly and great service. Everyone I... More

not a quality hotel. For the price you can find better. Stains on rugs beds with dips in them bathroom missing grout and spout of shower falling off. Air conditioner not working. For $300+ a night I expect more. Would not recommend this hotel. Room service food not good you are better off to go across street. The only thing... More

I would definitely stay here again. I don't have any complaints and it was walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations. Our Broadway show was across the street, and we walked to the Top of the Rock, Central Park, and to see the Frick Collection. Great places to shop are also in the area..

This was one of those Life changing experiences. I proposed to my now wife in our hotelroom looking at the ball drop on times Square. It felt so great that we were able to get this room with this view on new years eve and not have to be part of the 6hour waiting down on the street. I know... More

I have found my new go-to hotel in the Big Apple! After at least a half dozen trips to NYC this one does it for me. Location, location, location is suburb. Many good restaurants on the same street for easy dining. Our room was on the 18th floor and felt like a cozy small apartment with floor to ceiling windows... More

Nice hotel in a perfect location next to Times square! You can Also easily walk to central park from here. Didn't try The breakfast here but had a drink in The hotel bar. Not to special though. Rooms are spacious and a little torn down. Clean bathroom.

Stayed at the Millennium Broadway Hotel for 9 nights on a business trip. The good thing about the hotel is the location - in the heart of the broadway district and a 2 minute walk from Times Square. In fact had a excellent view of the same from the room. The room and the washroom was spacious and house keeping services... More

This place is exactly how it's rated by the other contributors. If you like Times Sq or are in NYC to see a show, this hotel might work for you. It's reasonably priced compared to others. It needs to be renovated. The mattress, linens and pillows were not to the level of other hotels I have stayed at, but you're... More

We were asked to stay at this hotel because some other friends were staying there- We would never have stayed at a Times Square Hotel We asked for an upgrade and we were upgraded to the premium tower which included Happy hour and breakfast- The room seemed great but after checking things out there was a lot missing. First we... More
