Good price. Booked through Expedia. Easy check-in. Nice and friendly front desk employees. We had a corner room on 31st floor. So no street noise. Room was kept clean. No complaints. Doorman even took care of our service back to airport . Elevators were fast.

We had a lovely room with a corner window looking along to Times Square, we could even see the New Year ball from our room. The club level was fantastic, we could get breakfast, evening snacks & wine. We could also pop back for a hot drink to go whenever we wanted.

We stayed here for a week in January. Had a double bed each, rooms cleaned and beds made everyday. Fantastic location for Times Square, attractions, bus stops and subway. Walking distance of Central Park too. Free fast wifi in the lobby but not in rooms.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now. The rooms are mediocre but the location and staff are exceptional. You really can't beat how close to Times Square it is and if your lucky enough to have Philip the concierge; you are golden!!!! He gave us the best places to eat and visit and great directions. Enjoyed our stay once... More

We vacationed in New York over Thanksgiving November 2013. We have been to New York City 4 times, and since the first was with a group in a hotel with a group rate, and we had a good experience, we stayed there several more times. Not Millennium Broadway, but you don't know what you don't know. This time, we stayed... More

I booked two rooms for New Year's Eve, paying extra for one superior room, having been advised it would be adequate to see the ball drop. The day before we arrived, I was offered an e-standby upgrade to a penthouse for an extra $200.00, which I replied that I wanted. When I got there to check in, I was told... More

So I stayed 2 nights at the Millennium Broadway in November 2014. I did so because, on previous NYC visits, I stayed across the street at another place, but found the MB's lobby and arrival spaces to be very attractive. So I decided to give the Millennium a try. Wow, very disappointing. The upper floors are rather dated in appearance.... More

I booked one night at the hotel and only stayed one night but was surprised when a second night's charge turned up on my credit card several weeks later. When I called the hotel to resolve the issue, I was told that their housekeeping department said I stayed two nights. I asked them to review their security cameras to prove... More

Dear N T, Changes to reservation dates are made all the time as sometimes a guest will realize they need to stay longer or perhaps need to shorten a reservation. Human error will also occur on occasion as simply put…we are human. We would never intentionally charge any guest or fabricate a reservation date to deliberately collect funds that do... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
