I stayed just one night in New York for the first time. Although there wasn't much time spent at the hotel it was a great experience. First off, it is very close to 2 different subway stations. The staff in the lobby were very helpful with directions, maps, information about the subway and other things to see and do in... More

We very much enjoyed our stay in he marriott downtown. It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. I have nothing above average to say about the hotel, very close to the World trade centre site but a little too far out of town for my liking. Not too impressed with the restaurant food, got the bill... More

Nice hotel, quiet during the week we were there. 15 mins subway ride to Times Square. 2 mins from Ground Zero. All staff were professional.

Stayed here for three nights in August. Had a view of Ellis Island and the Hudson river. Hotel was great. Restaurant in hotel - 85 West - had great breakfast buffet. About 5 miles from Time Square. Close to Battery Park for the State of Liberty and New York Stock Exchange. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

A great family holiday in the US, the first 5 nights spent experiencing the sights of New York City. The room had 2 double beds, not the largest room and the beds could have been a little larger. Apart from that the room had everything and was very clean. The staff were friendly and in particular the staff in the... More

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights. This Hotel is a few blocks from World Trade Center, Wall Street and Battery Park, close to ferry to Statue Liberty & Ellis Island, shopping at Century 21 store and about 2 - 5 minuted from subway lines (RED, YELLOW, GREEN LINE). To get to most attractions Uptown it takes about... More

I stayed here for a couple of days with my son. The rooms were huge for NY standards. View from the room was great and the convenience to the Subway was a bonus.

I stayed at this Marriott in July on a special rate from Priceline. The room was large, with a King Size bed and a good bathroom. It had all the usual Marriott room facilities, a nice big TV and a decent array of cable channels - which is by no means a given. Room service was good. The hotel was... More
