See all prior reviews. I've had over 200 room nights in New York this decade and this was easily the worst of the lot. Lobby and elevators look great, but rooms are desperate - stuffy, inward-facing, aged, stained, green carpets and red bedspreads, overheated, terribly depressing. Have been in the Jolly for 4 nights. Must ask to change the room that it was very small. The new room was dated but little better. The corridors were dirty and asking for an extra blanket that was full of holes! The staff was nice. The location very good. Will not recommend this hotel. more
