Great customer service! Very friendly staff. Had 5 people in one room, with plenty of space. Used the little kitchen to save money. So convenient to Central Park, restaurants, groceries and sub-way. Kids and I walked to Central Park, the Museum, the carousel, Strawberry Fields and memorial for John Lennon. Walked to sub-way to get to downtown Manhattan for shopping,... More

I enjoyed the stay and the staff, Kris and Pedro were great and are very helpful no mater what our requests. Our room had a small kitchen that was very useful. Great place to stay and be in the center of all the great sights of NYC. Chuck F

We appreciate this hotel because of its location, the size of the rooms and the friendliness of its staff. Staff members are helpful and professional,... More

From the initial greeting by Kris, or Michael, to the supportive desk staff of Caprice and Nigel. Bradshaw, and including the most efficient housekeeper Teresa (room was always clean, bed made, bathroom spotless) out week long stay here was wonderful. The lovely room with full kitchen is delightful. This is our first choice hotel to stay in NYC.

This was our second stay here and we will be back! A nice place to relax after a busy day. The rooms are huge by NYC standards and you get a kitchen. We really like the friendly staff. Nino at the desk was very helpful!

It was roomy, comfortable. Had everything we needed. the neighborhood had many, many restaurants that delivered or had an arrangement with the hotel.... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night this past weekend. We booked this hotel due to it's location and it was perfect in that regard. Upon checking in we were told that we were being upgraded to the one bedroom suite. We entered the room and the living and bedroom areas were very spacious. There was a sofa... More

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighborhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighborhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighborhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
