Although I was alone, I felt a friendly atmosphere. The lobby is small enough that you have a sense that your needs are attended to. No one can beat Affinia Gardens!!! I visited NYC the second time and enjoyed the hotel very much. The location is great, beautiful property,great location. The concierge team Shefi,Glenda,Jenifer and Michael unbelieable. The service I received from them simply excellent!!!! more

I spent 5 nights at the Affinia Gardens in November and I had wonderful stay. We stayed at the Affinia Gardens in November for 10 days for a business event. This hotel is in the perfect area of town for anything related to the Armory or museum events. After arriving into NYC on the QM2 early on Tuesday, we were pleasantly surpised that Jenniffer from the front desk made arrangements for a room to be made immediately available to us.
