I stayed in a patio king room. This room was REALLY big. Bed was comfortable, extra pillows were a nice touch. Was excited to have the outdoor patio space. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but in the spring I am sure this huge patio would be great. Problem is your patio is connected to all other patios thru a... More

5 star=Ritz 4 star=Marriott 3 to 3.5 stars=Affinia Gardens Room size was huge for any hotel, anywhere. Decor was extremely dated. Wall paper was old. Carpet was old. Bathrooms need to be recaulked. However, if you are looking for a value and need space, then this is perfect. Great location, and very quiet. Best Bell Desk. Helpful and friendly. More

NYC born and happy to return for a weekend. Upper East Side location between 2nd. & 3rd. Not your typical small room hotel. Has good room floor plan PLUS a kitchenette. A pillow menu is a great thing if you have allergies. The staff must be treated well by management because they were highly attentive. Can't ask for more in... More

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very spacious room with two beds and a pull out couch. Pretty friendly staff. There needs to be definite improvements to the lobby( or lack thereof). I thought the rooms were of a good size (according to NYC hotels). Really thinks there needs to be vending machines available and ice machines (not just the... More

This was my first stay and I will be back. I loved this hotel. The front desk was very pleasant during check in and check out. The rooms are huge, especially for NY. The bed was very comfortable and I love that you get a choice of pillows. My room was on the street side but was very quiet. More

Incredibly perfect hotel experience. Wife & I stayed 2 nights on a weekend. "Room" (actually former small apartment) had a great vibe - perfect size with all amenities without being overdone. Perfectly quiet (even on weekend) with nice (street) view. Toilet water was running a little. We told them at the desk when we went out. When we got back,... More

The rooms are spacious - the jr suite fit easily two adults and two kids (inc. one infant in a crib) - could easily fit more. Good service, excellent value for money More

Wow, what a terrific find! This is a wonderful place in a residential neighborhood - and terrific if you are staying with children. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which at $289 was reasonably priced as far as NYC stays go. Our unit was incredibly spacious, with a pull-out couch in the living room and two queen-sized beds in the... More

We have stayed at the Affinia hotels before , but our first experience at Affinia Gardens - fantastic experience, go directly to their website, and ask to get points on Stash Hotels, great location - originally booked the hotel for our dog whom we lost several weeks ago, although not cheap, we decided to try this hotel and were more...
