Great location, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, special shout out to Ramon on the door who was very helpful. I will definitely been back there shortly. But my rule is: no free wifi, no five stars.

I have just got back from my first trip to New York and it was fantastic. The hotel, the staff in the hotel and the location of the hotel was spot on for our needs. I would happily recommend this hotel and would most likely stay again.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Close to Grand Central, Rockefeller Center, and a number of great restaurants. Great for business or pleasure trips. Staff was friendly and accommodating when it came to assisting with directions, check out time, and holding luggage.
