Central location, right in Time Square. Had standard room, but asked for a room that faced onto Time Square. Staff were very happy to oblige. Great view from the room. Room was not huge but had two double beds, so was fine for me, my husband and daughter for five days. Room was clean and functional. Staff very good. Would... More

We loved New York City and the hotel was in a great location. Our kids loved the excitement of Times Square and we found we could walk to many desirable destinations (Central Park, Macy's). Although expensive compared to other destinations, the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet. The only down side to the room is the size,... More

This is the place to stay if you want to be very close to Times Square (1 block). Very secure, great staff, Excellent lobby and amenities. Comfortable rooms and luxurious pillow top bed. It's not the Ritz but it does not charge like the Ritz either. The rooms are a good size for New York. We had no troubles whatsoever... More

First time staying in NYC, so I expected prices to be high and rooms to be average for my price range. With tax, I paid $440 for a corner room in this hotel...which is supposed to be a larger room. Room was very small. You could barely walk in the room..the two double beds, desk and tv/dresser were crammed together.... More

The location is hard to beat, if you are looking to be in the middle of the Time Square action. It is really a great location for tourists. If you want something a little more quiet and subdued - this is not the right place. Service is average or slightly below average. The food and beverage is not worth spending... More

Stayed 4 nights at the Crowne Plaza Times Square. Booked a corner room with a great view. The hotel was all we expected. Maid service was fantastic and all the amenities were top notch. This hotel has a reasonable rate for the location. The location is not in the center of Times Square, just a couple of blocks away. It... More

Thank you for your wonderful review of our property. We are so pleased we were able to exceed your expectations. As you mentioned, we are located on the north corner of Times Square and are only one block from the famed TKTS booth on Duffy Square. There are several Broadway theaters on our block alone! We hope to welcome you... More
