I was travelling with my family from Asia and after close to 24 hours of travel, i arranged for the hotel to do a pick up at JFK. The pick up went smoothly but when we reached the hotel, we were dropped at level 2 which is where the car service said they had to drop us. There was no... More

This hotel is right next to Grand Central so convenient location and walking distance to several good restaurants. The staff was incredible - very friendly and helpful - both the front desk and the bell desk staff. The lobby feels a bit outdated - darker and '80's feel to it. Rooms were decent by NYC standards. Bathroom had updated fixtures... More

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt New York from the 15-20th of July. I am a Diamond member with Hyatt, so I booked 4 nights with points, one night with my diamond 20% discount rate with points and money for $207.00 and 12k points, plus add an upgrade to one of their suites. The check in was smooth, but I... More

I stayed at this hotel a couple of times, next to Grand Central Station,2 blocks from 5th Av,walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are big and very contemporary. I highly recommend this hotel in your trip to NYC,amazing location

Very nice stay with a great price from Hotwire. I checked in around 4 PM and was out of the hotel most of the night, coming in around 10 PM. The room was facing into an inner courtyard so it was dark and very quiet. My only encounter with noise woke me from sleep at around 1 AM by some... More

My favorite hotel for traveling the New York city because of the subway access. The rooms are ok for new York and plenty of nearby eating opportunities. This hotel is available on both Hotwire and Priceline oftentimes.

This is an enormous conference hotel in the centre of midtown Manhattan. We stayed over 4th July weekend: no conferences = cheap. So, the place itself felt like a tourist factory with dozens of people constantly milling around in reception. The staff were polite enough, but the lack of attention to detail made me think that they just didn't care.... More

Great location, the hotel is nice but not what I expected and the service is awful. They were rude, slow and just did not care. I have had better service at a Holiday Inn. The rooms were small and my bathroom was dirty.

Run-down hotel: everything seemed tired and old, rickety elevators, cracked basin in the bathroom, had to run shower for 5 or so minutes before it ran hot water, no amenities in the room at all (no cups, no slippers, no dressing gown / robe, poor quality toiletries), long slow queue to check in... My room looked straight onto an office... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night over the weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The front staff were super friendly - one in particular, Rachel, was such a delight. There were some issues checking in earlier and she made it her business to rectify the situation and make our stay an enjoyable one. Jinny Lee (manager) was... More
