My husband and I stayed five nights the first week of May. Staff very quick in handling our two concerns over smoking smell from another room and noisy air conditioner. Obtained sixth row tickets to Broadway play at a terrific discount for us. Lovely rooms and ammenities. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys staying at a small hotel. Wonderful breakfast... More

Overall good experience on well located boutique hotel with suite accommodation, very suitable for couples or small family of 3 like us. Pros- great location, subway close, 10 minute walk to Lincoln centre, times square, rockefeller centre, fifth ave shops. Very close to dry-cleaning, restaurants, nail bars etc. Decor is boutique, old fashioned , very clean. Free breakfast and wifi... More

Comfy rooms, friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast, terrific location. However, do not, under any circumstances, let them put you in a room on the 2nd floor. At least 2, probably 3 or more, rooms on the 2nd floor have no daylight whatsoever because outside the windows are pipes, boxes, and engineering conduits which completely block out the light. In... My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Hotel. The location is excellent. The suite, consisting of a good size bedroom and a smaller "living room", were adequate although the "living room", which like the bedroom had a flat screen TV ,had a couch that was a pull out bed and not the most comfortable to sit on while... We stayed here for 4 nights mid-April, my first time in New York, my husband's umpteenth. It is certainly well-located for most tourists' needs, whether they be sighseeing, shopping, theatre/shows, dinner, opera.... We walked as far as downtown Greenwich, Soho and Chelsea, as well as the more attainable midtown locations of 5th Avenue, Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, the Met,... More

This was our second stay at the Blakely and we were not disapointed. We had a two bed suite which turns out to be a great deal, large bedroom with two large, very comfortable beds (they seemed like Queens, not doubles), reading chair and TV. The second room has a large day bed, two chairs, TV, closet and access to... More

Such a shame.. we have stayed twice in this small hotel with its perfect midtown location and friendly and helpful concierge. The rooms are large and comfortable and this hotel includes breakfast which is rare for New York hotels... Here lies the problem, and the only reason I am giving this place a poor review: Every morning at breakfast a... More

We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel was well located for our needs and a subway stop is nearby. It is a comfortable walk to Central Park. We stayed in a king suite which had a Keurig coffee maker and shower with a "rain-head." The only drawback was that our room faced the street and... More

Quite a pleasant, clean and comfortable hotel, after all, all we did was sleep there and make coffee in the morning. Helpful staff at front desk.
