The location was fantastic, near Grand Central. The rooms could use a little updating, but they have kitchens, unheard of in a NYC hotel. we were on the 19th floor and had a beautiful view. Also, if you need anything, they bring it to your door in a jiffy. Will stay there again.

The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful, including putting great energy into matching us up with other guests who were travelling to the airport to save on paying for separate taxis (their initiative). Would benefit from a visit from the 60 minute makeover team. Very run down. Very noisey with doors banging all night & people shouting up & down the hallway at all hours. Curtains all holes. Never again.
