The hotel was a bit strange in that the staff seemed to be constantly rotating between the W Court down the street and the W Tuscany where we stayed. However, the staff were great, the decor was trendy and it was very clean. Best of all, the room was absolutely huge for a NYC hotel room! more

I stayed here in August and thought the hotel was great. It was a bit confusing at first since there are 2 W's right next to each other but you can use the amenities at both.
