I've stayed in NYC before (Roosevelt -which I loved too) and I really like this hotel. I like how small it is.. Centrally located in midtown. Great staff and easy to get in and out of.. On my floor (12th) there are only four rooms.. Pretty impressive.. Intimidate and quiet. Would stay here again... Either here or the Roosevelt are... More

I stayed at the St. Giles - Tuscany for 2 nights. This was the nicest New York City hotel I've stayed in by far, having stayed at the Kitano, Grand Hyatt, and the W on Lexington previously. Location: The Tuscany was fairly easy to spot (even from the back seat of a cab) on 39th street, and is close to... More

I want to start by saying that I highly recommend the Tuscany for anyone that needs to stay in NYC. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Tuscany for 3 nights in March 2014 and thoroughly almost all aspects of our stay. The pros and cons of this hotel, in my opinion, are as follows: Pros: 1. The location of... More

This is the perfect place to stay in New York City. The location is great, with easy walking access to Times Square, Broadway, Grand Central Station, the Empire State building, and most shopping areas. The rooms are large, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The beds and bathrooms are great. Very quiet day and night. Staff are really nice (John the... More

I was greeted by an extremely friendly, warm, and professional staff especially the manager who was on duty the night I late checked in. He upgraded me and the room was absolutely fabulous. He and the entire staff were so gracious and kind. I so enjoyed my stay and it was because of the staff beginning with the doorman and... More

What a fabulous location (and we got a good price!). A few blocks from Grand Central, plenty of cabs, etc. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be a very minimal upgrade to an old apartment building. For example, in our room's bathroom, almost every fixture was mis-connected. The shower curtain bar drooped, the towel rack at the back of the shower... More

I came across this hotel due to a co worker staying in the Tuscany's sister Hotel, however after checking out the website I decided the Tuscany was for me. It was easy to book online and prepay which is something I like to be able to do heading into a vacation. Although my stay was only for 3 nights in... More

A good experience in NYC - five day visit greatly aided by staying at the Tuscany. Our connecting rooms were helpful. Breakfast in the hotel lobby always pleasant. Desk staff provided travel advice about getting to places we wanted to visit. A good location for us, using subways frequently from Grand Central station.

St. Giles The Tuscany NYC is an excellent boutique Hotel with a wonderful staff who make you feel really at home when I stay with them. Excellent location in a walking distance to everywhere in midtown NYC. The rooms are quite big, very comfortable and one can sleep very good in the comfortable bed. The best of the hotel s... More

This hotel is pretty great for easy sleepers, but if you have trouble falling asleep, the room has 3 minuses. Loud, Light and Lumpy Drawbacks: *Elevator ding is very loud and any room close to it will be affected *Bed and bedding nice, but the pillows are big lumps of ?cotton balls?, nice that they are not feather, but they...
