Very spacious, quiet comfortable rooms - 5 star hotel. Great staff thru the entire hotel: front desk, cleaning team....extremely helpful and very friendly. Location of the hotel is great for easy access to major attractions: Grand Central Station, Empire State Building and less than 15 minutes to Times Square. I loved the location - but I love walking. Great restaurants... More

My boyfriend and I were visiting friends, so we stayed here for a night on the weekend. Hotel is an amazing deal. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have all the amenities you'd expect. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Valet parking is $50/day. Besides being close to Grand Central Station, its not my favorite location in the... More

Lost my wallet in the foyer and before i realised i lost it with all my money in the receptionist called to say they found it with everything still inside. Bed is heavenly and can stay indoors all day.

Pros: Modern Hotel, Clean Rooms, Pleasant staff, Great Wifi, Comfy bed & Good location. Cons: Breakfast was a little dull, no in-room coffee/tea facilities, & The attitude of 1 staff member My husband & I stayed at the Tuscany for a week and were pleasantly surprised. It's location is perfect if you want to be in Manhattan. Only a short... More

Such a special place to stay! The staff were so patient and welcoming to me when I was there for work and had a lot being delivered to them! The rooms were beyond the best I've had in NY. I will never stay anywhere else. The overall experience will be impossible to top! Thank you!

This was in a great spot, right near 5th Ave and close to the Grand Central Station. We loved the feel when we entered the hotel, and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Our room was awesome, it was massive with a comfortable bed, view of the Chrysler building, the shower had glass and no bath :). Our ideal... More

A friend and I stayed in a Deluxe Studio room with 2 queen beds for 5 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. It would sometimes take a few tries for the front desk staff to answer the phone when we required something but we're very friendly and helpful when they did answer. The location... More

We typically stay with family in the City but could not this trip. I found the Tuscany on the internet. The rooms are very large. We were upgraded to the suite because our room was out of service. It was 700+ sq feet. We loved it. I would come back again. The hotel does not have much in the way... More

We booked our stay via Hotwire which presents the property as a 4 1/2 star hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious but lacking in some amenities like an in-room coffee maker and easy access to ice. To obtain such items, you need to go through the front desk. Also surprising that no NYC Magazines like "Where" or "City Guide"... More

Got the room through Hotel Tonight app for $175 after tax. Location: 3 blocks away from GCS, subway station & busses. Keep in mind not all stations in NYC have elevators. Staff/service: (1) I’m a light sleeper, so I requested a quiet room away from the noise and elevator when I checked in. About 20 min after I got into... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
