I was a bit hesitant learning that the hotel was still under construction, but pleasantly surprised that only the restaurant was. The hotel looks great and the staff were wonderful! I stayed here when it was sixty Thompson and I was extremely pleased this time around. Looking forward to being back on the roof in the spring time. Would stay... More

Fantastic location, great staff and really good sized rooms for NYC. The downside was they were renovating so the rooftop bar was closed. They did however serve drinks I. The lobby which of course does not provide the same experience. I have stayed at many of the sixty (ex Thompson) hotels and love the sense of space and wonderful beds... More

I am especially happy to read you’re your experience with our staff has been so positive, and that you find our rooms notably luxurious and spacious. The hotel is under renovation and they don't warn you. There is no bar or breakfast room anymore and the noise in the corridors is so loud that one cannot sleep. Housekeeping activity makes so much noise in the corridors that forget sleeping in or taking a siesta

Having booked this hotel over 6 months in advance it never occurred to us to check to see if the hotel was undergoing renovations (and we were never notified). Despite being in a fantastic location, building works were in full swing which meant a dusty reception area; building noise from 9 till 5 every day; no access to the restaurant... More

Dear David M, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to read that our renovations negatively affected your experience here. The extensive refurbishment has been underway since February, and all of our guest rooms and the lobby lounge area have been completed. Our website does acknowledge that the restaurant and lobby bar are closed, and these are the... More

Had a great stay at the Sixty. Room was well-appointed and the staff was very helpful- Adrian the doorman even took off running down the block to find me a cab when I was running late! The hotel's currently undergoing renovations so the restaurant on the ground floor is currently closed, but they told me things should be wrapped up... More

Very well located in Soho. All the staff are very friendly and helpful (particularly the Concierge). The decor in our room was modern, subtle and stylish. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, so the breakfast service in the lobby is impaired (workers were drilling holes in the ceiling during breakfast). Our bathroom needed a little attention (leaking toilet, chipped... More

Five night stay at Sixty SoHo. It was a very good stay. My room was a Queen Deluxe room on the 11th floor (115). Designed in neutral colors, it gave the space a nice, subdued, relaxing, residential feel. Everything was new and well maintained. Furniture wise, in addition to the comfortable queen sized bed, the room furnishings consisted of a... More

Room is great, clean, and very spacious for a nyc hotel. Service was good and helpful. No bar in hotel, but a nice little, restaurant bar is next store. Location is great, a nice selection of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. We would no doubt, stay here again.

Sixty Soho could be a fab hotel.......however, the hotel is in a "renovation" state.....and, the service needs to undergo a renovation, as well. The rooms are nicely done. However, the air conditioning would not stay on and the room was stuffy and hot several times over the weekend. There is no coffee set-up in the mornings. There is no coffee... More

Dear Carolmdcruz, Thank you for your Tripadvisor review. We are happy to receive this valuable feedback. The air-conditioning issue must have been frustrating, and I am very sorry that it caused you to feel uncomfortable repeatedly during your stay. It sounds like the problem could possibly have been fixed by our Engineer, if the system itself was malfunctioning. Otherwise, the... More
