I come to NY every March for a trade show and this was my second time at the Iroquois. The location is perfect for those who want/need to stay in Midtown. Rooms are clean, but maybe a bit dark. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Iroquois hotel. We were visiting New York to see a play on Broadway. The location was perfect...very close to the theater yet quiet. The staff is incredibly attentive...always available to help. The room though small was charming. No details were missed. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay any... More

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and immediately helped with our luggage as we arrived early. While we were at lunch, staff called to let us know that our room was ready. The hotel is in the most convenient location for Broadway shows at W 44th. Very nice room service and lovely toiletries. This was a combined business and pleasure... More

We enjoy staying at the Iroquois. Its close to Broadway and across the street from our regular parking garage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size for a mid-town hotel. We also enjoy sitting in the Library and relaxing.

Our annual trip to NYC was one of the best ever this year because of the staff at the Iroquois. Every request or need was met with a smile and followed through on expeditiously. We traveled by cab frequently and the door people were wonderful at getting the appropriate cab for our travels. Likewise with the maid service. Tremendous. Our... More

This hotel should not be in the SLH catalogue. After check in we were simply pointed to the lifts to get to our room, there was no help offered with our luggage. The first evening we went into the bar and the barmaid was too busy complaining to another customer about her lack of a pay rise or bonus "I'm... More

Hello Steve S, First and foremost I would like to say I am disappointed to hear that your stay was not to the standard that we strive to provide our guests. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I felt completely at home. And the location is so convenient for shopping and museums and for visiting with my family in new York. I must be at 200 characters by this time.

This review is based on a single night's stay, traveling for business. Picked it for the low corporate rate, proximity to the office I was visiting and TripAdvisor reviews. Small room had two double beds (as a practical matter, really only big enough for one person), a rolling office chair in front of the small table between the beds, and... More

Dear ExWriter, Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent say. I'm disappointed to hear that your experienced was not to our standards. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
