My husband and I stayed for a total of 3 nights pre and post cruise. The customer service in this establishment is excellent, the staff are polite and very helpful. The position of the hotel is quiet yet central, I would certainly stay here again.

I have been staying at the Iroquois on my trips to NY now for close to 8 years. The quality only improves. The beds are so comfortable with beautiful linen sheets, the rooms all well appointed and spotless. The hotel restaurant Triomph is one if the best kept secrets in New York! The Itoquois is one of the worlds leading... More

I was searching for a hotel for a one night stay with my husband, just prior to his birthday. We were coming to visit friends and family in the city. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by Alex and Chen . They couldn't have been more gracious to us. Our room was not ready,... More

This is a fine hotel, but 4 stars may be pushing it. My first room had a broken door. Replacement room was fine with 2 beds, but very small. Not much of a lobby. Tight with two older elevators. It is very clean. Very quiet, clean and safe location if you want to be close to Times Square. Stayed during... More

I stayed at the Iroquois early this year in May. I booked and prepaid to get a better deal. There was a problem with the credit card being charged twice. The people at the hotel did refund the money, but I wondered if the hotel was going to be up to it's great reviews. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised.... More

We loved this hotel. The staff were all first class and the concierge, Vanessa better than that!! The hotel is quite small but situated in an excellent location on W44th., close to good shopping, very good restaurants, access to easy transport and the theatre district. Don't expect a large room, but the facilities were all very clean, well maintained and... More

The Iroquois has an enviable Midtown location, within walking distance of Bryan Park and Times Square. The rooms are typically small, with subpar plumbing, but make up for it with high end amenities (Molton Brown toiletries and Frette linens). The service at the front desk, bar, and restaurant are excellent. In particular, the bartenders, food, and cocktails at The Lantern's... More

Everything about our 3 night stay was just wonderful. Courteous, helpful staff. Wonderfully appointed rooms. Superb bed and linens. Very attentive and helpful staff - especially Vanessa and Bill at the Concierge desk. Plus our room was ultra-quiet even with the two elevators right next to our 7th floor room. We never heard it one time while in the room.... More

This hotel is well located in mid town NYC. The staff are great and made you fell very welcome. As it is an antique building it is also charming. The bar behind the lobby and the one in the neighborhood "blue bar" are nice. There is a problem of noise. I am not sure if that is the air conditioning... More

What a wonderful getaway for my husband and I. It was a peaceful solace from our usual blessed yet crazy life with 3 kids. We felt at home and was conveniently located. We'd recommend this hotel to all.
