This is a great little hotel, within easy walking reach of plenty of things in mid-town Manhattan. We were upgraded to a suite, so hard to comment on the size of the room, but it was classic, well-appointed, everything worked, great separate shower and deep bathtub and it was clean. Good reading lights. Great bed with nice Frette sheets. Staff... More

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Iroquois. We were in the city to celebrate a milestone birthday and the staff at the hotel couldn't be more accommodating. We had a lovely upgrade, and gifts awaiting us in the room. It's location is perfect; close enough to the theater district to enjoy its offerings, but far enough away... More

I have stayed here many times. It is a very nice boutique hotel, situated close to the theater district. The staff is very helpful and very responsive to any request. The rooms are quiet, very clean and nicely furnished. The bathrooms are well appointed and they provide more towels than you could possibly use. And Moulton Brown toiletries. The rooms... More

We just returned from 4 fabulous days/nights at the Iroquois. This was our fourth visit. Each of the previous trips were excellent - this topped the others. We had called in advance to ask about wine shops. Imagine our surprise and delight when we were greeted with a bottle of Pinot Noir and chocolate covered strawberries. Every staff member was... Great hotel with relatively quiet rooms, for NYC. Very comfortable. Great staff. Fantastic location. Book at the right time of year and you'll get a great deal. When NYC is busy it ain't cheap. But it's a great hotel.

My wife and I were coming into the city for a very special occasion and had booked a maximum suite to celebrate (well in advance). On arrival we are informed that there is an HVAC problem in our suite and the other suites are full. They offer to put us into a deluxe room and knock $100 off the price.... More

My daughter and I celebrated our February birthdays in true, old world charm. We came to NYC to see a show and The Iroquois is the perfect location. Our theater was one block away. Times Square is down the street but one would never know it. The street is quiet and you can get a restful sleep at night! Upon... More

Myself and two teenage daughters have just returned from a long weekend at the Iroquois Hotel. This is our fifth stay in the hotel over as many years - we've tried others in the City but keep returning to this boutique hotel as we love it so much. Why?? 1. Location - not even 5 minutes walk to Times Square... More

For the past two years my husband and I have celebrated our dating anniversary at the Iroquois. With the way they’ve treated us both times, we simply could not pick another hotel when visiting New York in the future. But why we would ever want to?! First of all the staff: both the housekeeping and front desk staff members are... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
