One block from theatre district. 5th avenue shopping was one block opposite way. Small hotel with comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Appreciated being able to print out boarding passes in their lounge area. Coffee available in the morning and hot apple cider in the afternoon.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my friend, her daughter and her friend. We had two rooms ours was on 8th floor and the other was on 9th. On arrival we were welcomed and given all the relevant information regarding the hotel. The bell boy took our cases up to each of the rooms. Ours was 808, which on entering... More

Nice small hotel just over 100 rooms on 12 floors. Compact room but very comfy bed, large TV, mini bar (although we didn't use as quite expensive). Staff very friendly. Bar not open Sundays. Loved the location between 5th Avenue shops and Time Square.

An ideal location in the heart of everything. Rooms were on the small side, but adequate. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Great selection of toiletries in the bathroom. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the extremely helpful consierge - Bill, always there to find out information on restaurants and best deals for the shows! A HUGE thanks... More

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Iroquois Hotel. The Hotel staff are all very welcoming and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. This is our 3rd trip to New York and the hotel is my favourite, the rooms are quite small but very nicely finished with a lovely bathroom. The Molten Brown toiletries are... More

Excellent location in Midtown, 10 minute max walking distance to Time Square, Broadway, Fifth/Madison Avenue. A small, friendly, boutique hotel in a safe and pleasant street in which you'll find a couple of bars and restaurant. We booked a Deluxe Room with one Queen Bed (equal to a UK Kingsize). The room wasn't enormous but comfortable enough for two people.... More

In the midst of the bustle of Times Square it was nice to find a quiet haven of a hotel. There was a sauna but we didn't have time to sample it, too much else to do in 2 nights! The room had nice touches of dark chocolate and red wine on offer. The water was not complementary however. There... More

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in the heart of all the sights and experiences of NYC. It was our first trip to NYC and we wanted to make the absolute most of it! Given that one visiting spends most of their time walking through the city - it was nice to have a very comfortable bed to sleep... More

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Pricey but definitely worth it. My boyfriend and met up with six other friends for one of their 35th birthdays. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. They were our saving grace in helping us navigate the subway. And it doesn't hurt that the bellmen are VERY handsome! The location is perfect, two blocks from Times Square,... More

second visit to New York, this trip was to celebrate my daughters 18 th birthday. Looked on trip advisor and picked this hotel and I am so glad we did, great rooms, no noise at night which for New York is a miracle!! . Location is brilliant for all the attractions and plenty of assorted places eat. But what makes... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
