My dauther and I are really satisfied with our stay. The size of the room, cleaness of the room, housekeeping and bathroom was good. Hot choclate in the lobby was very nice and appreciated by my dauther. The guide and tios of resturangs and things to do was good. Nice and friendly and helpful staff. I got very good help... More

Hotel Belleclaire was a wonderful place to stay in NYC. Not only, was it a great bargain, but also the staff were A+. Never stayed in the upper west side and really liked the low key neighborhood, Red Farm restaurant, and the french pastry shops. Everything that we wanted for a visit to NYC.

My boyfriend and I stood here twice in Januaray and we'll keep coming back. We love this place. It's a chic, cozy little hotel and we always find deals so it is never too expensive for us. We live far so we definitely love meeting in the city at this beautiful hotel.

Stayed in December with my Husband for a New Year's break. The first room we got faced a wall and was so noisy that we didn't sleep all night. The room was way too hot also, and the air conditioning unit didn't work. We complained and got moved to another room. The second room was bigger but same problem. The old fashioned... More

The room was sufficient. Bed very comfortable - but heat too high. No way to control it from room, so had to open window to sleep comfortably. Faucets in shower and sink did not work correctly. No drawers for storage but closet was sufficient for hanging clothes. Beware: Concierge and doorman wanted a flat rate to LaGuardia for $50. There... More

The hotel was in a great location and the room spacious for NYC. However the room temperature was hot and uncontrollable except for putting the air conditioner on when the outside temps were in the 20's. Also the complimentary hot breakfast was poor. They had nothing they advertised.

I had a rock bottom winter rate Can't beat the location, the rooms are clean and the bed was super comfy. If I were paying springtime rates, I would be a little miffed at plastic wrapped cups, tiny bathrooms, spotty guest services and a somewhat tired lobby.

When staying on the upper west side I recommend this Hotel, It is very close to the train and bus. Many restaurants near by and even a Comedy Club one block away. Only problem on this stay was they put us on a floor with construction and early Saturday morning the loud noise started. This is not good when you... More

My boyfriend and I spend one night at Hotel Belleclaire. The service was great. We loved the style and feel of the room. Very close to public transportation and in a good area. We will definitely come back again some day!
