I would definitely stay at this hotel again as it was clean and well maintained. Laminate floors were great vs. carpet. Location was very close to Central Park west and the neighborhood had many great restaurants to walk to.

Hotel Belleclaire is a very special place to stay when in NYC, the neighborhood is quiet and the hotel brings you back to a long past, elegant era. Don't miss the experience of being a guest here! I'll be back as often as possible.

We frequent the city often since we live on long island and sometimes it's easier to spend the night. I will start with the many pros... The hotel is very quaint! A little Café in the lobby is perfect, the staff is very pleasant! It has a relaxed feel for such a busy city. The location is perfect! Very nice... More

The hotel is inviting in its location and although small the lobby is very inviting and a very active place. The bakery/coffee shop in the lobby is fantastic and worth spending a lot of time! The room was good sized for NYC. The ac is a little undersized for the room. The bathroom could be helped with a vanity area.... More

We stayed at Belle Claire hotel on our "mini-moon" in June, a little sight seeing visit after our wedding. The Hotel staff were very welcoming, as soon as we arrived we could help ourselves to cold juice in the lobby and check in was simple. The hotel was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfy. It was... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, a bit small but adequate for a solo traveler. What I liked about this hotel is it's very near to Central Park, the subway station, dinner places and quaint cafes in the West side--the reasons why I booked this in the first place. I think if you're looking for... More

If you are looking for hotel that is a 5 minute walk to shops, many restaurants and the opportunity to do lots of sight seeing this is the place to stay. Room was clean and tidy, they even have an umbrella in the closet which was needed due to the heavy rainfall. I have stayed in New York on several... More

This is my second trip to New York and I stayed here instead of Times Square because it was a little too busy for me. I can honestly say I enjoyed my time here the staff was very friendly and very attentive. The room seemed to have a modern touch but it seemed like the rooms were too close to... More

I got a great rate on a room in this hotel through a promotion. I had never stayed at Hotel Belleclaire before. It is elegant, clean, well-kept and sophisticated. It is in a great neighborhood on the Upper West Side, close to the subway and buses. There are also lots of great restaurants and attractions nearby. It's quiet, as far... More

I stayed here in early April with my husband and 3 sons aged 8-13 for 3 nights en route from LA to London. We arrived late and were shown to our rooms. The triple room was very pleasant, not spacious but for New York standards not bad. The 2nd tiny double room was freezing cold mainly due to the fact... More
