I was at the six Columbus for a week. From the moment Nicole Dlugos checked me in, to the expedient and gracious way a heating issue with my room was resolve with an easy move and upgrade from Christian Laskaros, my stay here was great. Along with Nicole and Christian, the customer service was wonderful and greatly appreciated. This hotel... More

It was a great hotel with great service. Location we loved being so close to Central Park and very handy across the road from Time Warner shopping complex. There was a whole foods there as well which made it affordable to eat breakfast and grab some food on the run.

My hat goes off to another fabulous stay at this terrific hotel! We stay here fairly regularly (about once every 2 months) and each visit is as welcoming and comfortable as the last. From the moment you enter the front door and are greeted by the friendly and helpful staff to the efficiency with which they check you in or... More

The check in staff was superb ( I wish I could remember the gentleman's name)! Upon arrival, the hotel staff responded to a previous telephone request to upgrade the room. The "standard" is a mod and extremely small. The "King" suit would be what I consider to be a standard room. But the staff was precise in explaining the size... More

I landed in NY very early in the morning, not expecting my room to be available yet,not looking forward to killing several hours in the cold after a red eye. Not only did they have a room but they upgraded me to a king, what a pleasure. The location is great, central to many places and trains but kind of... More

We always enjoy our stay at 6 Columbus, the rooms are not large but this is a boutique hotel in NYC so that is what you expect. Staff is friendly and room works for us. Great location near my son and daugher-in-law. Hopefully it will not get sold before they move from the area.

This is a very nice little boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are small, but that is not unusual for a boutique hotel -especially in NYC. The price was great and made our trip more affordable. We were comfortable walking distance to Central Park, Columus Circle shopping, the ballet,... More

Great location and very accommodating. Front desk was easy to work with and check in was easy. Because it was New Years Eve the noise from the bar did overflow into the front desk area and make it hard to hear what was going on; but the room itself was quiet, clean and trendy.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
