As far as Manhattan Hotels go, the size of the room is average and the furnishings are relatively new so the rooms are not worn (yet). The hotel was pretty noisy. Stayed here over easter with my wife to be. The location is excellent. You can walk to times square without taking a breath!! Hotel is also quiet for its location. This hotel is great its just a step way from times square and i thoguht the location was good. There is a diner nearby which is useful and a shop nextdoor.
