hotel and the room were fine but big problem isolation so a lot of noise ( horns, sirens , who start work at 6am....). We have not slept for 2 nights. Missing kettle or coffee machine in the room. Wifi very expensive in bedroom.

The location was perfect for shows and Times Square. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel staff made you feel welcome and took care of your all needs very efficiently. I would recommend this hotel. We were there for a week. The only drawback was very small rooms, but that is expected ikn NYC.

You need to communicate that some machines are working outside the hotel early on weekend. The rest of the amenities so good an exception with the wireless into the room, must be free as in the lobby. Also you must show and have a price list of the mini bar goods.

Nice hotel very close to Time Square, Rooms are not big but clean with all facilities. Perhaps a suggestion: pricelist of the minibar, people like to know the price and some glases (not plasic ones). Hotel price is not cheap but probably quite normal for New York .

The location was great. The room was as expected. Downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. And on one occasion, we came back to our room to find our suitcase on the floor along with all our clothes that were in it. No free wi-fi in the rooms and tiny elevators. Overall it was a good stay for the price... More

Located just round the corner to Times Square. This modern & clean hotel is ideally located for sightseers & shoppers. Our room was small but perfectly formed with a excellent walk-in shower. We also found the room very quiet considering we were in the middle of Manhattan.

The inital service was poor, however all of the following was very good. The website booking had a payment section, where the payment (Visa) I wished to use was filled out, only to be informed on arrival I would have to use my Mastercard. No other hotel has ever refused to accept my choice of payment, especially at the last... More

I believe you were not in receipt of the card physically to validate the payment. I would be happy to discuss this further if you should like to... More

Nice room and amazing location. You're pretty much close to everything and maybe 2 miles from Museum Mile. Rooms are small but it's worth it. The only bad thing was someone started using a jackhammer next door at 6:12 am, oh well.

The Hotel is very clean, has a nice lobby and a good service. Its very close to the times square so that you can come back to the hotel every time when you want without taking a long trip out of the city. The only problem is that the rooms has no double-glazed-windows respectively you won´t get notice of it,... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
