This place a rip off compared to the money they charge. Rooms are tiny, Lift works at snail pace, Staff is highly unfriendly, reception and lobby is dirty, i can go on and on... Bottom line is that you can find a much better Lodge or a Hotel at Time square at the same price. I will never stay at... more

The Only good thing about this hotel was the location. The rooms are incredibly small- so small in fact that the TV has to be mounted to the corner of a wall as there is no room for a tv stand. All that is in the room is a bed and a small cupboard for your clothes (couldn't fit much... more

This is a GEM! Yes, the room is small, BUT CLEAN!Best Location, Nice FREE Continental Breakfast, Friendly Staff, $30 a day to park your car 400 feet away, Excellent Fresh bagels and danish, Good Coffee, Tropicana Premium Orange Juice, FREE chips and bottled water in room, Great LG flat screen TV ....Why would you stay anywhere else! more

OK, OK, I knew what I was getting into: Earlier reviewers did mention the room was extremely small. But you can't really appreciate just how small it is until you've tried to squeeze between the edge of the bed and the wall and make your way to the other side of a room no bigger than a closet. Actually, it's... more

So, my friends and I showed up, and I handed the lady my confirmation information, and, with the little English she could actually speak, said, "Sorry, we don't have your reservation, and we're all booked tonight." They would NOT honor my reservation there!! I bitched and complained for TWO hours, then finally, they put me in another, NICER hotel, which... more

I believe in Tripadvisor and almost without exception use it to plan any of my vacations abroad. So when the hotel we used on our previous vacation to NYC closed, we obviously turned to Tripadvisor to select a new place to stay. All the positive things said about this hotel are true - the water pressure and hot water are... more

This place is a great deal for NY. The location is great; a few blocks from Times Square, right in the heart of the Theater District. Even better, head one block over to 9th Ave and experience "restaurant row", block after block of small moderately priced restaurants of every hue from burger joints to Turkish to Italian to Thai to... more

This hotel is totally adequate but not luxurious in any way. As noted in prior postings, the rooms are SMALL, even by European standards. We had to squeeze by each other just to get to the bed. My husband hit his head on the low TV. But, everything worked fine, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fine as long... more

We spent one night in NYC and the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly, the location is good, the room and hallways were clean (but very small) and the price was reasonable for NYC. We paid about $160 plus tax. more
