Do not book here. We read the other reviews but do not expect much from a hotel because we will not spend much time there so a small dated room is not a problem. What is a problem is that there was blood in the bathroom from previous guests that was left there two days! WE gave them the opportunity... More

Tiny bed, not confortable, shower is awful, impossible to get and maintain the good temperature, burning or too cold, no pressure. expensive for a tiny room. But, close to subway station, central park, nice neighbourhood, good restaurant, very close to central park( there is a nice playground for kids close by). You can walk to time square or take the... Other than location there really aren't up sides to this hotel. The only other high point would be that the room appeared to be clean. It was VERY basic; my fiancé described room as "our cardboard box with a bed". The bed was small, uncomfortable and the two pillows stuffed with what felt like ten Kleenex tissues as stuffing. I... I read previous reviews and saw people say the room was small but I didn't expect something so drastic. Very cramped for two adults. Out of date, uncomfortable bed. I wouldn't stay here again. the staff was very nice but just not a place for me.

Great location, small rooms, lots of noise from the street at night, air conditioner very loud, staff played dumb when ask about free parking listing on front page of expedia ad. even when I showed them ad, they knew nothing so it cost me $ 49 per day to park my car. if you just want a basic place to... I was on business travel and need an itemized receipt to get reimbursed. I asked three front desk employees for a receipt and they refused, saying they absolutely could not. Then my travel agent contacted them five times to ask, and they did not answer. Bed uncomfortable. Loud construction noise starting at 7 am.

The room we stayed just like bed for the night. Don't expect much from hotel it says breakfast provided but they provide only bagel with butter and coffee and that pizza shop staff too was very rude. Even in the room the shower takes too much time to get hot water and plus no WiFi available. Also bed we had... More

Although the location of this property is convenient to central park, the hotel itself is very unkept. The front desk person was completely rude and un-helpful. Got a double bed room (about 250 sq.ft.), as I get to my door, you can tell door has been broken into in the past. There was a huge creese where the door had... More

On arrival staff were far from welcoming, the room we stayed in didn't have any natural light. We literally used this place as a bed for the night. I wouldn't recommend if you want more from your hotel. It says continental breakfast - Do not expect much - It is from the pizza shop next door and all they offer... More

This was the worst experience I've had staying anywhere, even in the ghetto in a foreign country. This place is so gross. Couldn't sleep at all and couldn't get refund. There are so many noises, due to their crappy wall unit air conditioner from the 1950s. It's an old, smelly and disgusting place to stay. Nothing was clean and I... More
