“terrible conditions”

we just stayed there for two nights.....we arrived assuming my room was paid for....i booked on line ,they got my credit card number and i got a confirmation....i get there on a saturday afternoon, and am told that he never charged my account when i booked.....now all others i checked into online charged right away...because i had booked others then... Booked online and what a mistake! Was very difficult to find, wish I wouldn't have. After "check-in" (a man running my credit card as fast as possible) was shown 3 rooms to pick from.
