Freezing cold room, we had to sleep with our jackets on (this was in February) but didn't get much sleep bevause of our snoring neighbors. You can hear every sound from the other rooms. The room was dirty and pretty much everything was broken. The water was too cold to shower in, neither the TV nor the wi-fi were working.... More

1. There is are numerous violation notices on the front door warning the building should not be occupied. 2. Should there be a fire (which by the looks of the photos here should be sooner than later) you'll be trapped. 3. The doors have gaps and don't lock properly - and there are bugs, pests galore. 4. You should respect... More

Wow. Where do I start..? The toilet leaks on the floor which mixes with the tiny poorly designed and poorly enclosed shower. The bathroom smells like mold, and some other smell I don't want to write about. The shower is about 800x800 with a shower curtain that sticks to you, and the water has two modes: stone cold or boiling... More

Right place, right price, that is it. This place is absolute bottom of the barrel. We spend very little time in our room when we are in nyc, this place was no exception. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have children. There is no elevator. I didn't have a black light to look for stains but I can almost... More

I may preface this review by saying I am not all that picky with hotels and I went into the hotel prepared for the worst as I had read the horrible reviews. I may also add I never write reviews but felt the need to for this place in hopes to prevent anyone from making the same mistake as me... More

The worst hotel I've seen in my life! Should not be even called a hotel. Doesn't deserve a single star! 👎👎👎just look at the pictures! The worst part is- there is no hot water! All three workers that we have met were surprised that we didn't know. The response was "Oh, THEY didn't tell you?" Who should be telling us?... More

I stayed at this place from June 6, 2015-- June 9, 2015. Without a doubt, it was the worst experience I've had in any hotel. As you enter, it's a single glass door entrance next to a pizza place. The lobby is very narrow. By the way, there is no elevator. I had a room on the 2nd floor. Someone... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
