In the middle of Times Square with busses and subway just outside. Breakfast is overpriced at 30$ excl tax and tips. Good coffee though. The concierge Colette A. did a marvelous job in assisting me. I'm impressed by such hospitality and professionalism!

While visiting Manhattan last month, we stayed in two separate hotels, and were very excited for our stay in this one. As HHonors Gold members, we were looking forward to a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. Of course they were very busy as it was Christmas time, but this does not excuse the multiple issues we experienced. First, upon... More

Many thanks to RYAN (The Operations Manager) for ALL of his personal assistance. RYAN helped to make our time in NYC special and memorable. It was a family trip (two children, ages 10yo and 7yo), and being that close to all the action in Times Square was "awesome". Being high up on the 40th Floor, the noise was not an... More

My fiancé and I brought our daughter and her girlfriend to NYC for the weekend. We stayed at this hotel, which is brilliantly placed in the middle of Times Square. When in NYC it's all about location location location. We certainly enjoyed our stay. We were on a higher floor in a king suite, so we were not affected by... More

We stayed here 5 nights including Christmas. We had a 23 hour flight arriving at 2am. Our room had a "water leak". We were not in the mood to be messed around with! They found us a room & a roller bed after some "discussion"! Next day we got moved to what we had paid for & booked. They did... More

I have been coming to this hotel for years and years and I am so pleased to say that the staff has remained - actually exceeded - anything one may want in a hotel that is located in the crossroads of the world. My mom was celebrating a milestone birthday last week and we decided to take her to NY... More

We stayed here a few days before Christmas. We had to circle the hotel a few times in order to valet park, ended up double parking because of the traffic. Once the valet took the car we proceeded into the lower level concierge desk. The actual lobby is an elevator ride up. Check-in was fairly quick despite how full they... More

Second trip to New York in last 2 years and although nothing has changed on the rubbish metro system, the people seemed friendlier this time round and this hotel is the one to choose of you like walking. It is central for a 15 minute brisk walk to get you to 34th and 8th as high as 59th and 5th... More

The price was right, the service was fantastic. This is a great location right in the middle of everything. I loved our panoramic room overlooking time square! Michael at the front desk made our visit awesome! This is where we will stay for now on.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
