My husband, friend & I arrived around midnight at the hotel, expecting problems as we were so late. Not at all, the reception staff were very polite & helpful and showed us to our room. The free Wi-Fi was an excellent perk. Rooms were clean & tidy (and large for NYC!), only problem was that the toilet did not flush.... more
