I thoroughly enjoyed staying almost two weeks at the Hilton Manhattan East on a business trip. Most of all I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the bell master and his team. They are always there when you need them, making sure to get you a taxi in no time at all. The building is located... More

Dear all, Stayed there this past week to attend a conference nearby. I was welcomed by a beautiful and extremely helpful Christina at the reception. She could not be more accommodating. During the stay, I was fantastically looked after by Pablo for breakfast, and yet another fabulous helpful young man Kevin at reception who went well beyond the call of... More

This is a huge hotel but the service and rooms are the high standard I have seen in most Hilton properties. Room service however is different as it is from the deli that is in the lobby. Dont expect anything but paper bag and disposable utensils. Rooms were big for NYC and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was older but adequate.... More

This is a recently renovated hotel that Hilton now manages. It's not a big hotel by any means. The section I stayed in only has 6 rooms per floor. The rooms are typical New York (small) but nicely appointed. Only hotel I've stayed at in NY in a long time that has a 'home' sized bathtub. Very comfortable bed. Nice... More

Arrived tonight, and Jose the doorman really helped us with recommendations for a fabulous Italian restaurant. The hotel itself is low key but in a great location, just steps from the Chrysler building and Grand Central Station. The shuttle we took from La Guardia airport took approximately a half hour, and the rooms are very nicely kitted out, although European in... I stay here whenever I can on my frequent visits to NYC. I just checked out today and wanted to give review because my stay was such a pleasant one. This hotel is in a great location, but offers a quieter less hurried atmosphere. The staff is great. I asked for an upgrade being a Hilton Honors Gold member and... More

My first ever visit/business trip to NYC. I really felt comfortable and welcome upon my arrival. The doorman, Dennis was the first person I had met upon my arrival. I dont know how he does it, but he remembers who you are as you come and go at the hotel. Makes you feel special, and certain at home in the... More

Stayed here for two nights for business. Pretty old, the hallways are so narrow. It says it's part of the "NY historic hotels". Decent size room for NY. Breakfast buffet selection is just fine. The covers for all the buffet were so big & heavy that it was inconvenient when trying to open them with one hand while holding a... More

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip to New York, just down the street from Grand Central and within walking distance of Times Square and Central Park. We stayed in a twin room, and it surprisingly spacious. There was no view, just that of a brick wall, but we didn't pay for a view so we were... More
