For the price it is hard to beat for the location. We had a two bedroom two bath duplex. Layout was a little weird: one room downstairs and a spiral staircase that went up to the top suite. My main complaint is that the air conditioners were the kind that is in the wall ( think Motel 6). They did... More

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment in the hotel. Top floor with balcony, so, amazing photo ops. Superb positon 5 min walk to 5th Avenue, Bliss spa on the corner of the block. Very clean good facilities.

My friends booked the rooftop restaurant for a surprise lunch for my 40th. When we arrived they appeared to not know who we were despite having the email confirmation. We were then sent up the lift to be met by someone who again did not know anything about our confirmed reservation. From this point on we were just left and... More

We went to NYC to celebrate our friend's 40th bday and one of the treats that was booked for him was famous brunch at 'upstairs at Kimberley'. On arrival to the top ( via the smallest ever staff lift) first thing we heard from the woman at the reservation stand was 'who are you?' We quickly learnt that they mixed... More

We were upgraded to a studio suite upon arrival. The room was very nicely appointed, the bathroom was great and spacious and the little kitchen was very handy. All in all, a very nice room, much improved over last stay a couple of years ago. I was impressed that they had concierge both on the day and evening shifts.

Nice hotel and location, but the service was lacking. When we first arrived in our room, parts of the carpet were damp from being recently cleaned. The tv remote was missing and it took over an hour for one to be brought to the room. The stopper mechanism for the tub was not connected so I couldn't take a bath... More

Got a good deal for this hotel through hotels.com and we were not disappointed. On arrival we were put in a gorgeous 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a balcony on the 3rd floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the charming lady concierge (Datsy -sorry if I am misspelling the name). Would definitely stay there again.

Recently stayed at the Kimberly after seeing a show. We had a suite on the 23rd floor with a balcony. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived when Harry the dooman greeted us and valet parked our car, then had another warm reception from the front desk staff - very efficient and friendly. We had brunch Upstairs on Sunday... More

Have just returned from a great 4 night stay at the Kimberley hotel. We were allocated a suite on the third floor which did not have a great outlook. When I asked the front desk if we could be moved, it was not a problem and we were give a 17th floor room with a balcony. Although we did not... More

My wife, daughter, and i just returned from an overnight stay in NYC. We stayed at the Kimberly Suites Hotel - where we had stayed once before many years ago. The hotel offers ample rooms with ample kitchenettes - a nice feature if your stay in NYC is for longer than a few days. There are balconies onto which you... More
