I booked this through the internet as a trip on the last leg of our honeymoon paid four star prices for two nights. The entrance looks the part and the exterior and the bell boy service all look great. The neighbourhood was lovely but staying in this neighbourhood you would expect better service. The staff were not overly helpful and they charge you for ridiculous things. Spent a week in New York with friends and booked into the Excelsior hotel Great location, right next to Central Park and underground which takes to straight into downtown New York.
