Stayed here during April 2011 for five nights. The location is perfect, walking distance to all major attractions. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and you will struggle to find a hotel that is better value for money. Recommend highly and would stay again with no hesitation. More

Stayed at the Wolcott a couple of times because it suited our budget and we wouldn’t have gone back if it wasn't clean and in a great location just off 5th Ave. The two lifts are very slow and it appears that once you're room is on a floor above the 6ht floor you have problem with your shower's temperature... Pleasant staff, nice clean hotel and comfortable. The location for the hotel is excellent. About 2blocks from Empire state and close to the subway. This hotel is quite old but is comfortable and clean. We had no issues with noise etc. Overall I would recommend if you are looking for a nice, clean hotel that is really accessible. More

We arrived at the wolcott around midnight (we should have been there around 13.30) but due to very high winds flights were delayed and so on and so on, but the staff at the Wolcott were very sympathetic and soon had us in our room.
