We chose this hotel based on availability and location in NYC, which was great. However, the hotel over all was dingy. The room itself was outdated and seemed to not have been thoroughly clean maybe just a quick once over and the bathroom was the same. The grout in the shower was old and clearly needed to be redone. Also,... More

The hotel is exactly what you need if you're in NYC for business, it is clean and comfy and near the metro. The only thing I didn't really like was that the drapes wouldn't close so I had to sleep with the lights of the city in my face. The breakfast is ok and the staff is kind and will... More

Had a OK weekend. Staff did not follow up on service request and other before after several reminders :-( Location is very good. Breakfast is OK with several options. Rooms are a bit small. Compementary internet is slow.

This hotel is in a great location, which determined my choice. I was prepared for an average experience but my expectations were thoroughly exceeded. Good rooms, very clean, very friendly staff. It's not a 5* obviously but it is super-cheap for what you get. The breakfast (paper plates, plastic cutlery) let's the place down rather. But overall, superb. I'll be... More

This is a small hotel in a nice area which offers reasonably good value for money. The lobby is small but check in was very quick and friendly. Room was OK size and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate and was cheap and cheerful. Paper plates and cups but the food was of a reasonable standard... More

Beautiful hotel. The view was incredible on the 17th floor facing the Empire state building and the Rockefeller building. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The place is stunning. Don't forget to check out the view from the rooftop! And don't miss the complimentary cookies at the desk that they give out every day. Thanks for the great stay!

I had a nice stay for work and the hotel is clean and the staff were helpful. Close to soho shopping, short walk to World Trade Memorial. The furniture is dated but bed was comfortable and I slept great. Roof terrace was a nice bonus but it was windy and I didn't stay long. Breakfast changed daily ( I spent... More

As the title states - for NYC 118.00 per night, very small lobby and room, clean and comfortable. West Village / NoHo area with great shopping, restaurants / bars. Easy access to subways "E/C/A". Parking is a bit of a problem. The drive to the hotel is very small/short, Maybe three cars in the drive at a time. The street,... More

After reconfirming by phone my 2 bedroom reservation the day prior to arrival our family was shocked at 11pm on 1/15/16 that the room was not actually available and the hotel was fully booked. The 4 of us were then squeezed into a 1 bedroom for 2 days. I'll NEVER go back to Hampton Inn. You get what you pay... More

This was one of my least expensive Hilton alternatives. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is okay, and we never had to wait too long for an elevator (there are only two). The only problem with breakfast was on Monday morning when some items were not available such as yogurt..The staff is friendly and helpful.
