We stayed at a great room at the 17th floor for 4 nights, after carefully selecting our NY hotel, and we were not disapppointed. New York hotels are - as you will know - quite expensive, and for a comparable hotel in European big cities you will pay around 60%. Clean and spacious (for NY-standards), comfortable rooms, good and plentiful... More

Stayed over on a Saturday night for a wedding in NYC. The hotel was everything we could have asked for considering the reasonable cost. The staff was courteous, efficient and extremely helpful, including telling us we could park on Watts St directly in front of the hotel for no charge as it was a weekend. Saved us $35 parking in... Whenever we travel we try to stay at a Hampton Inn. This is about our sixth trip to NYC, but our first Hampton in NYC. We were not disappointed. Terrific room. Great service. Very happy with everything. Our room was on 16th floor. At first when we realized it was right beside the elevator we got worried but we were... More

I liked it. There is no problem to find things to complain about in any hotel, including this one (here one can say that Watts street is a traffic jam heading to Holland tunnel, that you can hear the street noise until late, that rooms are small, that breakfast is basic etc.), but I think looking on the positive sides... Just returned from staying at this hotel with a friend in a double room and it was fantastic value for money. Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms considering the location, and close to amazing artist stands, studios, furniture showrooms and fashion stores within walking distance. A great plus is the complimentary wi-fi which makes planning the next day/ night's adventure a... More

It´s a good many steps away from Hampton standards. The location is OK although if you are driving and not familiar with the location you will be caught by the entrance of the Holland Tunnel and end up in New Jersey. But back to the hotel: the lobby is very small, the bar is used as a deposit for luggage... More

Dear sergio99, Thank you for taking the time out to share your experience with us, it sounds like you had an enjoyable time. We do apologize about the traffic and can agree that New York City is infamous for the bumper to bumper drive often dealt with. I understand you had an issue with the size of your room and... More

This stay was for a work/family trip to NYC. The price seemed a little high, but it was a very nice room. The hotel staff was very helpful. We were allowed to check in early (and they even allowed us to eat a free breakfast the morning before we checked in!!!) We used the luggage hold on the front and... More

I've stayed at a few Hampton Inn throughout North American, and this location continues the trend of meeting the Hampton image (clean, simple and friendly service). It's a relatively smaller hotel with the basics (a gym, small business center, bar). The rooms themselves are average sized by NYC standards. The plus side is this hotel offers quite a few rooms... We had a nice experience staying at the Hampton Inn Manhattan-Soho in New York in the end of april.
