My sister and I stayed at Nicolena's this past weekend and we enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying in the Tribeca area so we were already familiar with the area. I would definitely recommend Nicolena's B&B to families or couples. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Nicolena was a very gracious and helpful hostess. We've visited NYC and, specifically, TriBeCa several times (often just a couple of streets over) and this truly is the best way to see Manhattan like New Yorkers see Manhattan...plus Nicolena and staff can accommodate special dietary needs if requested for the "Breakfast" part of "B&B"!!! more

Nice location away from the main tourist area. Lots of good restaurants and bars around. Good value for New York. Walls are thin though and we had quite a lot of noise from next door. more
